Abstract

This research wasaimed at analyzing buffalo breeding sustainability in South Sulawesi,based on the assessment of sustainable index and status using Multidimensional Scaling (MDS). Data used were primary and secondary data. This research used the ordination technique to of the MDS method to find out the sustainable development index and status of several dimensions for buffalo breeding in South Sulawesi. The sustainable development index of the ecology dimension is 49.35%, which indicates a less sustainable status. The index for legal and Institutional (36.16%) as well as technology (43.50%) both also yield a status of less sustainable. The sustainable development index for the socio-cultural (51.64%) and the economic dimension (59.56%) both yield a status of sufficient sustainability.  An analysis on the existing conditions of five dimensions of buffalo breeding development in South Sulawesi resulted in an index of 48.06%, which falls under the less sustainable category. As a conclusion, in the current conditions of buffalo breeding in South Sulawesi, three dimensions namely ecology technology and constitution are classified as less sustainable, while the economic and socio-cultural dimension is already sufficiently sustainable. Therefore, more improvements are suggested towards dimensions with less sutainability.

Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatifdengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam kepadapara informan yang merupakan pejabat di lingkunganPada Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan CukaiTipe Madya Pabean Belawan. Peranan PejabatPemeriksa Dokumen Ekspor sangat penting DalamPencapaian Penerimaan Negara Dibidang Ekspor. Hasildari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PejabatPemeriksa Dokumen pengangkatannya sesuai denganKeputusan Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor557/KMK/.04/2002, dengan Jabatan Kepala Seksi atauKepala Subseksi atau Jabatan Fungsional Pemeriksa Beadan Cukai atau Pelaksana. Pejabat Pemeriksa DokumenEkspor juga melakukan penelitian dokumen ekspor,membuat dan menyerahkan Pemberitahuan PemeriksaanBarang (PPB) beserta lampirannya kepada PelaksanaPemeriksa Barang yang ditunjuk sampai denganpenyerahan PEB yang telah dicantumkan hasilpemeriksaan fisik dan kelengkapannya serta NotaPelayanan Ekspor (NPE), melindungi pemasukan barangyang akan diekspor ke Kawasan Pabean dan/ataupemuatannya ke sarana pengangkut serta sudah bekerjasesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2006,Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 145/PMK.04/2014,Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Nomor PER34/BC/2016dan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Bea danCukai Nomor P-29/BC/2016. Abstract

This study aims to analyze more about the family welfare program, This is because the family is the smallest unit of society that will have a big impact on the performance development in support of government programs. Of a prosperous family, then governance of national and state will be able to give birth of peace, security, harmony, and peace. Thus, the welfare of the family became one of the explanations in development by government programs. The research was conducted in the village of Sei ape Downstream II Medan. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the object of PKK cadres along with village residents Sidorame Timur City field. Primary Data in Obtains through interviews and secondary data obtained from the literature. The results of the study explains that "prosperous" doing efforts in community development programs in Sub Sidorame Timur Medan. So that the citizens defenseless and can develop creativity and potential of citizens in achieving economic prosperity
