Abstract

AbstractUnifiation of the various laws concerning the execution of the fiuciary security into its own problems faced in implementing various objects executorial Act fiuciary security and justice in the society in the Republic of Indonesia. In the fiuciary law is known to use the Law No. 42/1999 on Fiduciary. Then how choice of law in the execution of legal process against the fiuciary. What also set the execution in the Act No. 42/1999 And ifthere are laws governing the execution of collateral security against the fiuciary.AbstrakUnifiasi berbagai perundang-undangan mengenai eksekusi pada jaminan fiusia menjadi persoalan tersendiri yang dihadapi dalam menerapkan berbagai Undang-Undang eksekutorial objek jaminan fiusia dalam Peradilan maupun di masyarakat Republik Indonesia. Dalam hukum fiusia diketahui menggunakan Undang-UndangNo. 42 tahun 1999 tentang Jaminan Fidusia. lalu bagaimanakah pilihan hukum terhadap eksekusi dalam proses hukum fiusia itu. Apakah juga diatur mengenai eksekusi di dalam Undang-Undang No. 42 Tahun1999. Serta apakah terdapat hukum yang mengatur mengenai pengamanan terhadap eksekusi jaminan fiusia.
