Abstract

Abstract: The dynamics or changes affecting the socio-economic life of the people of Indonesia, as well as perceived by Duano tribe in the village of Tanjung Pasir Indragiri Hilir district, in terms of social change in the social structure and change values in terms of culture, whereas in the economic life of change livelihoods and increasing types of livelihood. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) Determine the cause of the sea tribe (Duano) could not leave Menongkah (2) Knowing the factors that led to the sea tribe (Duano) willing to accept change (3) To know the dynamics of the Sea Tribe Economic Social Life (Duano) in Tanjung Pasir Tanah Merah Indragiri Hilir Year 2006-2012. The method used is the method of Qualitative and Quantitative. Engineering samples used in this research is purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The results of this study are the socio-economic life of the tribe Duano sea experience or fluctuating dynamics are ups and downs of life are always changing, the Duano sea tribe in the village of Tanjung Pasir has undergone a change in the socio-economic field. In the social emphasis on education and health sector, the education sector Duano people have realized the importance of education for their children, while in the health sector they have switched went to the doctor and paramedics. If in economics focused on livelihoods and incomes, the livelihoods they have had livelihood out of their habit during this time that menongkah, despite that they remain menongkah because it is a tradition handed down them since time immemorial. Abstract

Abstract: Library is an institution that plays a role in the development of interest in reading. It is very reasonable, the fact that the library is an entity that is directly related to various types of reading material. All of these reading materials by the library is not just for storage only. But, more than that these materials should be utilized as much as possible by library users. Libraries can be a tool to grow and increase interest in reading when the library can serve as a center of interest in reading. A comfortable and quiet library and characterize a friendly and fun place for children, adolescents and adults. The purpose of this study was to determine student reading in library Soeman HS, to examine the use of the library by students Soeman HS increase interest in reading, and the role of libraries Soeman HS in increasing student interest in reading. This research method is quantitative descriptive method. The location of research is Soeman HS library is located at the Sudirman No. 462 Pekanbaru. When the study for 3 months starting from the start until the exam thesis proposal seminar. Data collection technique used observation, questionnaires and interviews guided and tabulation of data contained in tabular form. Results of research in general researchers can say that the implementation of student interest in reading categorized quite good due to the efforts made to improve the student's own interest in reading. In addition, use of the library by students Soeman HS can be quite good because students have been able to take advantage of reading materials in the library Soeman to seek collection of books he needed. And the role of libraries Soeman HS has shown consistency in realizing the mission of which is to increase the interest and reading culture for the community.Key Words: Library, Reading, Reading Interest

Abstract

Abstract: The customs are embraced behavior is hereditary and is valid for a long time that the rules are strict and binding. Customs of the peoples are very various one customs in Minangkabau is customary marriages, which have certain rules and regulations determined by local custom. Minangkabau marriage does not create a new core life, as husband and wife remain a member of their lineage respectively. The purpose of this study to determine the procedure of customary marriage Minangkabau society in Nagari Lawang Subdistrict Matur Agam regency of West Sumatra, to know the shapes shift in traditional wedding Minangkabau society in Nagari Lawang Subdistrict Matur Agam regency of West Sumatra, to determine the factors that cause a shift procedure of customary marriage Minangkabau society in Nagari Lawang Subdistrict Matur Agam regency of West Sumatra, to determine whether there are effort Minangkabau society in Nagari Lawang Subdistrict Matur Agam regency of West Sumatra in preserving traditional marriage has undergone a shift, to compare the procedures of customary marriage Minangkabau people , The method used is descriptive qualitative, where data are collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and Library Studies. Data was analyzed using qualitative way. When the study began filing title until the completion of a revised proposal last essay writer. The results showed that the customary marriage ordinance in Lawang Nagar is still held up to now. However, there are procedures for the customary marriage of a shift in its implementation. The shift in the way customs perakawinan itself is caused by a factor of technological progress, modernization, economic factors, globalization. Abstract

Abstract: There is uneven development and a lack of attention to public welfare causes Siak which formerly was part of Bengkalis decided to expant a new district. Exspansion Siak District of Bengkalis certainly lead to the development of the social and economic life in the community. In the field of socio-economic, such as education, health, employment and income. If adequate facilities and equitable development it will be able to have an impact on the welfare of the community. This study aims to determine the expansion history Bengkalis Siak regency, to know the development of Infrastructures education in Siak on regional expansion era in 2000-2014, to determine the development of health Infrastructures in Siak on regional expansion era in 2000-2014, to determine the development of jobs in Siak on Regional expansion era in 2000-2014, to determine the development of revenue in Siak district in the era of regional expansion in 2000-2014. The theory used in this research is the theory of the expansion of regions, autonomous regions, Expansion area, the impact of regional division, the socio-economic dimension. This research uses descriptive and qualitative research methods. The data collected in this research using secondary data will be processed by the tabulation frequency time series will then be deduced. The results showed Expansion of area occurs in Siak district, namely the expansion of Bengkalis is one of regencies in Indonesia who managed Proliferation Siak able to increase the potential of the area resulting in socio-economic changes towards a better order to accelerate the realization of public welfare.Keywords: Expansion, Socio-Economic, Siak District
