Abstract

Penulis merumuskan masalah penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimanakah pelafalan anak usia 2 (dua) tahun dengan menggunakan kosakata dasar yang berkenaan dengan objek-objek di sekitarnya”. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data: studi pustaka, observasi dan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar tes dan hp untuk merekam pelafalan anak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini anak usia 2 tahun yang ada di kelurahan Citangtu sebanyak 6 anak. Dari hasil analisis dapat peneliti simpulkan bahwa pelafalan kosakata dasar yang berkenaan dengan objek-objek di sekitarnya belum fasih dilafalkan anak usia 2 (dua) tahun, karena pada pelafalan tersebut ditemukan tuturan yang belum lengkap berupa penyederhanaan seperti penghilangan satu atau lebih fonem pada awal kata yaitu: fonem /k/; fonem /p/; fonem /m/; fonem /s/; fonem /b/; fonem /d/; fonem /t/; fonem /h/; fonem /l/; fonem /i/; fonem /r/; fonem /j/; fonem /c/; fonem /g/, pada tengah kata yaitu: fonem /h/ dan fonem /n/, pada akhir kata yaitu fonem /k/, pada awal dan tengah kata pada kata /rambut/-/abut/; /mandi/-/adi/; /pergi/-/əgi/; /bersih/-/əcih/; /lambat/-/amat/, pada awal dan akhir kata pada kata /adik/-/di/; /tanah/-/ana/, dan pada satu suku kata di awal kata yaitu pada kata /kakek/-/tek/; /leher/-/hen/; /bahu/-hu/; /rambut/-/but/; /mata/-/ta/; /hidung/-/duŋ/; /perut/-/lut/; /bibir/-/bil/; /lidah/-/dah/; /paha/-/ta/; /paha/-/ha/; /kaki/-/ti/; /betis/-/tis/; /sana/-/na/; /saya/-/ya/; /kita/-/ta/; /lima/-/ma/; /tiga/-/da/; /makan/-/tan/; /minum/-/num/; /pergi/-/gi/; /lambat/-/bat/; /besar/-/can/; /kenyang/-/ñaŋ/; /kecil/-/cin/; /kotor/-/ton/; /banyak/-/ñak/; /muda/-/da/; /hidup/-/dup/; /langit/-/ŋit/; /bulan/-/lan/. Abstract

Education is the most important factor in efforts to develop potential and knowledge and cultural values. In the context of a society that has diversity in various aspects ranging from religion, ethnicity, ethnicity to culture, it needs deep understanding as well as awareness of the importance of multicultural education to maintain togetherness and integrity of a nation. In an effort to realize these efforts, multicullural education is interpreted as a process of understanding the diversity that exists and the similarities to be able to respect each other. In order to realize an understanding of multiculturalism, it must be endeavored in the right way, namely through education. The focus of this research is (l) what is the concept of multicultural education according to Nadirsyah Hosen? (2) how is the relevance of Nadirsyah Hosen's multicultural education concept with the aim of Islamic education? In order to find answers to the above questions, the authors conducted research using a library research research approach or commonly referred to as literature review research. Sources of data obtained for this research library research can be in the form of research journals, dissertations, theses, theses, research reports, text books, papers, seminar reports, and / or official publications of the government or other institutions. The references are then processed using the content analysis method which aims to obtain the contents of the data and information then analyzed with a deductive thinking model, which departs from general theory to find applicative conclusions. The findings in this study are as follows: (l) The concept of multicultural education in Nadirsyah Hosen's view is to implement education that engages students who are not only intellectually intelligent but aware of national diversity. Providing equal opportunities to all students in obtaining education regardless of differences in racial, cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds, in order to avoid discriminatory attitudes, fanaticism so as to form a tolerant attitude, respect for differences and culture. (2) Nadirsyah Hosen's thoughts regarding multicultural education are relevant to the goals of Islamic education. In Islam it is explained that the purpose of education is in accordance with the purpose of the creation of Allah's creatures. Becoming the unifier of the nation forms human beings who not only worship Allah or Ghair Mahdah but also respect the diversity of the nation which is known as mahdah worship. The relation with multicultural education is that religion has strong foundations in implementing education that understands a pluralistic nation

Abstract

The digital age, or Era 4.0, has induced substantial transformations in religious practices and religious education. This paper intends to elucidate the effects of this transition and emphasize the significance of religious education in addressing the ensuing issues. Era 4.0 influences how individuals obtain knowledge, navigate value conflicts, and assimilate into contemporary culture. This paper employs a qualitative methodology grounded in literature analysis. This methodology is suitable for conceptual research of this nature. The literature study approach involves gathering data through the identification and examination of pertinent written sources related to the research topic. The study's findings indicate that, in light of these changes, educators play a crucial role in equipping students to confront a future characterized by transformation. This article emphasizes the significance of 21st-century capabilities in religious education, effective presentation of content aligned with students' interests, and the use of creative, authentic learning techniques. In summary, religious education and the function of educators in navigating the digital age are essential for assisting persons in comprehending and mitigating its effects on religious conduct, thereby equipping them for an evolving future.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, atau ekosistem pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, sangat penting untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang efektif dan bermakna, terutama di sekolah dasar. Guru memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendorong siswa untuk lebih terlibat, termotivasi, dan mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pendekatan guru untuk membuat ekosistem pembelajaran yang menyenangkan di SDN Kutamekar I dan SDN Kutamekar 2 Observasi pembelajaran, wawancara dengan guru, dan studi dokumentasi adalah metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan banyak strategi, seperti pembelajaran interaktif, pembelajaran berbasis permainan, penggunaan media dan teknologi yang sederhana, manajemen kelas yang baik, dan hubungan emosional yang baik antara guru dan siswa. Strategi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan antusiasme siswa, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang nyaman, dan mendorong mereka untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas dan partisipasi aktif guru adalah kunci utama dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Schools are one of the educational institutions that can be considered a vehicle for achieving Indonesia's goals of independence. The success of these goals depends on the human resources within the school, including the principal, teachers, students, and other educational staff. Teachers are one of the components that determine the implementation of the educational process. The teacher is the main actor as a facilitator in organizing the student learning process. Therefore, teacher performance is very influential in realizing national education programs. Teachers must have sufficient quality, because teachers are one of the micro compone~nts of the education system which is very strategic and plays many roles in the educational process. This research aims to determine efforts to improve teacher performance through pedagogical competence and work motivation. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach, by conducting interviews and observations to determine the extent to which pedagogical competence and work motivation can improve teacher performance. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that teachers who have good pedagogical competence can provide learning to students according to their needs, so that they can improve their performance. Like wise with the teacher's work motivation, the higher the teacher's work motivation, the greater the teacher's performance. This is an effective effort to improve teacher performance. Thus increasing pedagogical competence and work motivation can improve teacher performance.
