Abstract

ABSTRAKThis research entitled "Analysis of Influence Number of Business Unit, Investment and Minimum Wage on Labor Absorption in Sector Large and Medium Manufacturing industry in Surabaya City". The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Number of Business Unit, Investment and Minimum Wage Against Employment Absorption In Sector Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry in Surabaya City. Types and data sources used a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of time series data for the 2005-2014 observation period. The research variables consist of dependent variable that is the absorption of manpower in sector large and medium manufacturing industry (Y). The independent variables are the number of business units (X1), Investment (X2) and Minimum Wage (X3). Data analysis tools using multiple linear regression method. Based on multiple linear regression analysis obtained result: Y= 133199,868 + 42,414 X1 -0,001 X2 -0,031 X3 + e. Testing simultaneously obtained value fhitung 52,198 > ftabel  5,79. Obtained also thitung of business unit amounted to 0,835, investment equal to -0,251 and minimum wage equal to -2,898. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The conclusion of this research shows that the Number of Business Unit, Investment and Minimum Wage Affect Against Manpower Absorption In Sector Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry  in Surabaya City. And the variables that have significant effect on the absorption of manpower in the large and medium industry sector in Surabaya City is the Minimum Wage variable. Keyword : Total Business Units, Investments, Minimum Wages And Employment Planning In The Principles Of Large And Medium Processing Industry

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe-purpose-of-this-study-is-to (1) find out how much influence the amount of investment PMA, PMDN, Production Value and Business Unit to the absorption of labor industry manufacturing in eastern Java province partially and (2) know how much influence the amount of investment PMA, PMDN, Production and Business Unit to the absorption of manpower of manufacturing industry of East Java province simultaneously. The theory used in this research is the theory related to the absorption of labor. The data collected in the form of secondary data coherent time from 2010 to 2017 and then analyzed by using multiple regression. The result of the research shows (1) The amount of PMA investment has negative effect on the absorption of manpower, while the investment variable of PMDN has a significant effect on the absorption of manpower. (2) Investment of PMA, PMDN, Production Value and business unit simultaneously influence to the absorption of labor force of manufacturing industry in east java. Influence of independent variable to dependent variable equal to 98,7,3% while the rest equal to 1,3% influenced by other variable not examined in this research. Keywords: Total Investment, Production Value, Business Unit and Labor,

Abstract

The implementation of good and professional public services seems to have becomesomething urgent for the community. Competition between companies or service providers isgetting tougher and making the public more critical of the quality of services requiringgovernment institutions to always improve the quality of their services. Baureno Health Centerin Bojonegoro Regency is a public service institution that carries out the function of healthservices for the community. Therefore, each institution has an obligation to carry out periodicmeasurements about people's perceptions of service. This study wants to examine in depthanalyzing the health services of the Baureno Health Center in Bojonegoro Regency. Themethods are: service procedures, service requirements, clarity of service officers, discipline ofservice personnel, service personnel personnel, service staff capability, service speed , servicejustice, courtesy and hospitality of service personnel, fairness of service costs, suitability ofservice costs, timeliness of service, convenience of environment, environmental security,complaint handling, infrastructure and facilities. The results of the preparation for theCommunity Satisfaction Index at Baureno Health Center in Bojonegoro Regency in November December2018haveaverygoodcategory,thatis,theIKMweightedaveragevalueis3.285orIKMconversion is 82.14. The community considered overall outpatient services, which wereprovided by the Baureno Health Center in Bojonegoro Regency to be very good.Keyword: Public Respon - Street Health Service

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income disparity of tempe entrepreneurs in Bendul Merisi Village, Wonocolo District, Surabaya. This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods using primary data, the data used are questionnaires obtained from tempe entrepreneurs respondents. The data analysis tool in this study is the Gini ratio. The results of this study can be explained that the total % of income in the first class is 0.11%, the second class is 0.15%, the third class is 0.18%, the fourth class is 0.23% and the fifth class is 0.33% with the total percentage of income by 100%. And it can be explained that there is a cumulative income in the first class of 0.11%, the second class of 0.26%, the third class of 0.44%, the fourth class of 0.67%, and the fifth class of 100%. Then, the Gini coefficient value (Gini Ratio) using the five-class method is 0.22, it can be seen that the level of income inequality of Tempe entrepreneurs in Bendul Merisi Village, Wonocolo District is in the category of low-income inequality.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effectiveness of working capital, labor, and raw material costs on the income of tempe home industry entrepreneurs in Sepande Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research method uses quantitative primary data, the data used is a questionnaire obtained from tempe entrepreneurs respondents. The data analysis tool in this study is the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study prove that partially or simultaneously there is a significant influence between working capital, labor and raw material costs on the income of tempe home industry entrepreneurs in Sepande Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. The variables of working capital (X1), labor (X2) and raw material costs (X3) with significant values, for the effect of working capital, labor, and raw material costs simultaneously on income (Y) of 0.04 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 5,389 > Ftable 3,29, so it can be interpreted that the variables of working capital (X1), labor (X2), and raw material costs (X3) have a joint or simultaneous effect on the income (Y) of home industry entrepreneurs. tempeh in Sepande Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. With this it can be concluded that all hypotheses are accepted

Abstract

Objek penelitian ini adalah pemilik usaha peternak babi dikecamatan Ende Timur Kabupaten Ende. Permasalahan penelitian merujuk pada fenomena usaha peternak babi dikecamatan Ende Timur Kabupaten Ende.Permasalahan. Tujuan penelitian dirumuskan Untuk mengetahui usaha peternak babi di Kecamatan Ende Timur Kabupaten Ende layak untuk diusahakan ditinjau dari objek finansial. Metode wawancara dipilih untuk memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan pada studi ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan 6 orang informan dan keseluruhan informan adalah pemilik usaha ternak babi dikecamatan Ende Timur Kabupaten Ende. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis kelayakan usaha. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan analisis kelayakan finansial usaha ternak Babi di Kecamatan Ende Timur dengn menggunakan 3 aspek finansial yaiu Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) dan Break event Point (BEP) menyatakan bahwa usaha ternak babi di kecmatan ende timur layak dikembangkan.Kesimpulan usaha ternak Babi di Kecamatan Ende Timur dinyatakan layak.

Abstract

Pendekatan yang dimanfaatkan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha Mebel di Kecamatan Benowo Kota Surabaya. Data dalam penelitian diambil dengan cara melakukan wawancara bersama 6 informan dari pengusaha Mebel Kayu di Kecamatan Benowo Kota Surabaya , selain wawancara dalam mendapatkan data atau juga dilakukan observasi dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan, kemudian analisis kelayakan usahanya menggunakan alat analisis, Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), dan analisis Return on Investment (ROI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian usaha mebel di Kecamatan benowo Kota Surabaya diatas, peneliti dapat membuat kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1. Keenam informan selaku pemilik usaha mebel di Kecamatan benowo , Kota Surabaya mempunyai rata-rata biaya total yang dikeluarkan dalam satu bulan sebesar Rp 21,765,977/bulan. 2. Total penerimaan yang dihasilkan dari penjualan mebel di kecamatan benowo Kota Surabaya memiliki rata-rata penjualan Rp 28.313.667/bulan. 3. Keuntungan yang diperoleh usaha mebel , Kecamatan Benowo, Kota Surabaya memiliki rata-rata penjualan Rp 6.547.690/bulan.

Abstract

Banyak orang merasa semakin sulit mendapatkan pekerjaan di tengah kondisi ekonomi yang semakin menantang. Banyak orang mulai mempertimbangkan pendekatan lain yang mungkin mereka ambil untuk menghindari kehilangan pekerjaan. Karena semakin ketatnya persaingan, memulai dan mengembangkan sebuah perusahaan juga menjadi lebih menantang. Untuk dapat bersaing di pasar dan memastikan barang yang kita produksi memiliki kualitas yang tidak kalah dengan produk lain, maka pengusaha perlu memiliki tingkat orisinalitas yang tinggi. Meskipun terdapat persaingan yang sengit dalam industri makanan, kami terus berupaya untuk menciptakan masakan yang sama menariknya dengan harapan dapat bersaing di sana. Salah satu lokasi di Surabaya yang cukup banyak ditempati usaha roti bakery adalah Kecamatan Sukomanunggal. kecamatan tersebut berdiri ditengah-tengah banyak rumah penduduk, kantor, tempat kuliner, perhotelan dan pusat pembelanjaan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kelurahan Simomulyo dan Kelurahan Putat Gede berada dikawasan perdagangan dan padat penduduk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha roti bakery Kecamatan Sukomanunggal, Kota Surabaya ditinjau dari aspek financial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskripsi analisis yang bersifat kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 6 (enam) angkringan sebagai informan yang berguna dalam pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi, wawancara, serta kuisioner. Usaha roti bakery yang diteliti dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan dengan nilai rata-rata dari R/C Ratio sebesar 1,54 > 1; Nilai rata-rata dari B/C Rasio yaitu sebesar 0,64; Nilai rata-rata dari ROI yaitu sebesar 56,91% > 1. Kesimpulannya adalah, berdasarkan alat analisis berupa R/C, B/C, dan ROI yang dilakukan kepada enam informan selaku pemilik usaha roti bakery di Kecamatan Sukomanunggal Kota Surabaya, dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan.

Abstract

Karena tanaman aren termasuk petani dan tenaga kerja yang cukup besar, maka mempunyai potensi untuk dikembangkan di Kecamatan Paciran dari segi ketersediaan tenaga kerja, ketersediaan bahan baku, cara pembuatan, dan prospek pasar. Sejumlah penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya penanaman Aren secara strategis baik dari sudut pandang ekonomi maupun sosial karena penyebarannya yang berskala kecil dan hampir universal di seluruh wilayah pedesaan. Mengetahui kelayakan finansial industri gula aren di Kecamatan Paciran Kabupaten Lamongan menjadi tujuan penelitian ini.Analisis ini menggunakan alat perhitungan Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C) , Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), Return On Invesment (ROI). Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan enam pelaku usaha gula aren yang ada di Kecamatan Paciran. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari sudut finansial, enam pengusaha gula aren layak untuk dijalankan dengan menunjukan hasil B/C > 1, R/C > 1, dan ROI > 1. Ini menunjukan bahwa usaha gula aren tersebut layak untuk dijalankan. Karena keenam informan pengusaha gula aren menguntungkan.
