Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penstabilan self abasement pada siklus I dalam bimbingan klasikal, siklus II dalam bimbingan kelompok, siklus III dalam konseling kelompok, siklus IV dalam konseling individu. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan (Action Research In Counseling). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X 5 SMA LAB. Undiksha Singaraja. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 siklus dimana masing-masing siklus melalui tahap identifikasi, diagnosa, prognosa, konseling/treatment, evaluasi/follow up, dan refleksi. Proses pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner self abasement pola skala linkert dan dianalisis secara deskriptif serta menggunakan buku harian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, setelah dilaksanakan tindakan pada siklus I bimbingan klasikal sebesar (69,81%), siklus II bimbingan kelompok sebesar (63,44%), siklus III konseling kelompok sebesar (56,59%) dan siklus IV konseling individu sebesar (53,37%) . Dari hasil tindakan siklus I,II,III,IV Ini menunjukkan sudah ada penstabilan secara signifikan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling behavioral dengan teknik assertive training efektif digunakan untuk menstabilisasi self abasement siswa kelas X 5 SMA LAB. Undiksha Singaraja. This study aims to determine the stabilizing of self abasement in the first cycle in the classical guidance, the second cycle in group counseling, group counseling third cycle, the fourth cycle in individual counseling. This study is an action research (Action Research In Counseling). The subjects were students of class X 5 SMA LAB. Undiksha Singaraja. The study consisted of four cycles in which each cycle through the stages of identification, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling / treatment, evaluation / follow-up, and reflection. The retrieval of data in this study using a questionnaire self-abasement linkert scale patterns and analyzed descriptively and using a diary. Based on the analysis, after the measures implemented in the first cycle of classical guidance (69.81%), the second cycle of the guidance group (63.44%), group counseling for the third cycle (56.59%) and IV cycles of individual counseling ( 53.37%). From the results of the cycle of action I, II, III, IV It shows the existing stabilization significantly. So it can be concluded that behavioral counseling with assertive training techniques effectively used to stabilize the self-abasement of class X 5 SMA LAB.
