Abstract

Poverty is a problem faced by developing country like Indonesia. One of goal national development is to decrease poverty level. This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, inhibitant growth and inflation both partially and simultaneously toward number of poor inhibitant at Bali province period of 1999-2013. Type of data is secondary with time series method. Analysis technique has been applied that multiple regression analysis. The result shows economic growth have negative and significant effect toward number of poor inhibitant at Baliprovince period of 1999 – 2013, inhibitan growth have positive and significant effect toward number of poor inhibitant at Bali province period of 1999-2013 and economic growth, inhibitant growth,  inflation simultaneously have effect toward number of poor inhibitant at Bali province period of 1999-2013.

Abstract

Indonesia is rich in natural resources and population, has a great opportunity to produce a commodity that is good. One of the dominant Indonesian commodities in the non-oil sector is apparel. Volume and value of apparel exports in the world market continued to increase from year to year so that it can be said as a prima donna apparel exports to Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of price, GDP and the exchange rate of the dollar simultaneously and partially on the volume of exports, which dominates the variable export volume and its development prospects. The result is that prices, gross domestic product (GDP) and the US dollar exchange rate simultaneously influence the Indonesian garment exports to Japan in 1990-2013 Country. Price partially positive effect on export volumes, while gross domestic product (GDP) and the US dollar exchange rate partially no effect on the price ekspor. The variable price is known as the most dominant and prospects for the development of Indonesian garment exports to the country of Japan increased in 2014 to 2016.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country that is being intensively implement international trade is the export of plantation crops. One crop that became the belle of the commodities vanilla (Vanilla Planifolia Andrews) one of which is located in the province of Bali. This study aimed to analyze the effect of prices, the US dollar exchange rate and production for export of vanilla in the province of Bali. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data collected by non-participant observation, then the data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis techniques that were previously equipped with the classical assumption. Test results to obtain the results of the price, US dollar exchange rate and production simultaneously have a significant effect on exports of vanilla in the province of Bali. Partially price positive and significant impact on exports of vanilla, the US dollar exchange rate has no effect on the export of vanilla and production and significant positive effect. R2 value in this study was 0.633, or 63.3 percent, and the remaining 36.7 percent is influenced by other variables that are not described in the study.

Abstract

Population growth in the country of Indonesia progressively increasing in number, as well as population growth in the province of Bali. Population growth will certainly add to the amount of labor. Increasing the number of workers will be a problem in the world of employment if the amount of labor is not proportional to the number of jobs that can absorb them. This problem becomes important considering the close relation to unemployment. High unemployment will increase the probability of poverty, crime, and social phenomena in society-economy. Bali provincial tourism potential it still has a considerable amount of unemployment. This study has the aim to find out how the influence of the three factors which in theory have an impact on employment. The third factor in the Province of Bali is inflation, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the minimum wage. The data used are time series data for twenty years from 1994 until 2013.”The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with EViews application. Once testing is done, the results obtained are simultaneous, three independent variables tested had a significant effect, while partial, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the minimum wage has a positive and significant influence while inflation has a negative and significant effect on employment in Bali Province year period 1994-2013”.
