Abstract

Produk minuman Coldplay Juice SOJI merupakan produk minuman yang baru dikalangan konsumen, permasalahan yang terjadi yakni tingkat bertahannya suatu produk baru yang hanya sebentar, dikarenakan kurangnya loyalitas konsumen terhadap suatu produk baru. Pemasaran terkait bauran pemasaran berdasarkan pada kesesuaian konsumen (produk, hraga, tempat dan promosi) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan berubah menjadi loyalitas pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang pengaruh baurann pemasaran (produk, harga, tempat dan promosi) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Coldplay Juice SOJI dan menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan berubah menjadi loyalitas pelanggan pada Clodplay Juice SOJI.  Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS), Metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menghasilkan bahwa variabel produk, tempat dan promosi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai p-value kurang dari 0.01, sedankan untuk variabel harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai p-value lebih dari 0.05. R-square pada penelitian ini menunjukkan angka 0.67 pada (Y1) memiliki arti bahwa pengaruh variabel produk, harga, tempat dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah 67% dan sisanya 23% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini. R-square pada (Y2) menunjukkan angka 0.57 yang artinya bahwa variabel produk, harga, tempat, promosi dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah 57% dan 43% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Ocimum basilicum is one type of vegetables that can be consumed without having to be processed. Food consumed must have high nutritional value, clean and free of microbes. Coliform is one of the bacteria that can cause disease in humans. This study aims to determine the value of MPN on samples Ocimum basilicum leaves from warung lamongan in Pontianak and determine the existence of coliform bacteria on Ocimum basilicum leaf samples from warung lamongan in Pontianak. Detection of coliform bacteria using the MPN method. Detection of E. coli was carried out using EMBA media. The results showed that all samples had interval values between 210 MPN/g to > 1100 MPN/g. It showed that all samples excced the threshold determined by BPOM (2016), which was the maximum limit of coliform bacteria contamination in ready-toconsume vegetables was < 3 APM/g. Abstract

Education with the learning model Problem Based Learning has an important role to improve the ability of active thinking and learning outcomes so that it gets good achievements because in this economic subject one of the subjects that requires deeper understanding because in learning it requires carefulness, accuracy, and sensitivity in analyzing conditions that occur in the surrounding environment. The method in this research is classroom action research which in its research requires quantitative and qualitative data which is carried out in two cycles including 4 stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. From the results of the implementation of the research phase, it was found that the results showed that the activeness and learning outcomes experienced an increase in criteria very well in the second cycle, the results of which could be seen in the effectiveness assessment sheet and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Bangli Regency, from its historical records, has experienced seven types of disasters. The seven types of hazards are volcanic eruptions (Mount Batur), earthquakes, landslides, forest and land fires, extreme weather, droughts, flash floods, and the COVID-19 pandemic has also occurred. Based on historical data of disaster events that occurred in Bangli Regency during the period of 2018-June 2021, there were 255 recorded disaster events. The research method used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative focus. Qualitative approaches can be used to find out what is happening behind phenomena that are not well understood. The researcher obtained data and information through two methods to answer the research question, namely: (1) primary data collection through in-depth interviews; and (2) secondary data collection through literature and documentary studies.The results Wthis study indicate that disaster preparedness, particularly in disaster management, must be conducted in a structured manner to prevent or prepare for disasters. Knowledge about risks is crucial to educate the community and motivate individuals so that they prioritize the need for early warning systems and the preparation of steps to be taken when signs of an impending disaster begin to appear. Warning services for hazards must be issued by agencies or institutions that have the responsibility and authority. Keywords : Public Policy, Formulation, Implementation

Abstract

Meningkatkan mutu pelayanan. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Bima merupakan salah satu cara bank agar tetap dapat bersaing dipangsa pasar perbankan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Customer service dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan  pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Bima. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan sumber data primer dari instumen penelitian diberikan kepada 100 orang responden. Uji instrumen   yang dipakai uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis statistik menggunakan T-test one sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Customer Service berperan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Bima. Untuk menjaga mutu pelayanan customer service dapat memberikan pelayanan yang sebaik-baiknya kepada nasabah dengan memperhatikan proses komunikasi, sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman informasi dan tidak memperlambat pelayanan kepada nasabah Kata Kunci: Customer Service; Mutu Pelayanan

Abstract

QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is a QR code standard developed to facilitate online payment transactions in Indonesia. QRIS as a new online payment method and the low financial literacy of the people of Solo City are two significant challenges in adopting QRIS. This research aims to identify effective strategies in increasing the financial literacy of UMKM in Solo City through adopting QRIS as an online payment method. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis with a case study type of research. This research was conducted in Solo City. The research results that the author obtained were that micro business actors in Solo City still have limited understanding of the use of QRIS, including understanding the use of technology and understanding transactions. The strategy carried out by Bank Indonesia Solo City to increase financial literacy through the adoption of QRIS is by providing outreach and education through FEKDI events, ADIPATI Festival, KENDUREN UMKM, SYEKATEN, Solo Great Sale (SGS) and onboarding UMKM, collaborating and providing training for UMKM. The strategies for increasing literacy that should be carried out are based on the SWOT analysis that has been carried out, namely increasing awareness of financial literacy through education and outreach, helping the growth of small and medium businesses, educating on the use of smartphone media and developing the QRIS ecosystem.
