Abstract

ABSTRAK Ummu Siti Sholikhah. K8411068. STRATEGI PENDISIPLINAN SISWA ASRAMA PUTRI SMA MTA SURAKARTA TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015. Skripsi: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. September 2015.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran siswa, strategi pendisiplinan siswa dan dampak pemberian sanksi bagi siswa yang melanggar aturan asrama. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di asrama putri SMA MTA Surakarta dengan subjek penelitian siswa asrama putri 1, 2, 3, 4 dan 5 yang pernah melakukan pelanggaran.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus. Sumber data berasal dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Wawancara di lakukan dengan informan kunci yaitu siswa asrama putri 1, 2, 3, 4 dan 5 yang pernah melanggar aturan dan informan pendukung adalah pengurus, pembina dan pengasuh asrama. Observasi berkaitan dengan bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran yang di lakukan siswa dan strategi pendisiplinan yang di terapkan di asrama, dan dokumen yang di gunakan berupa data pelanggaran siswa asrama dan buku tata tertib asrama. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan informan dengan cara purposive. Teknik yang analisa data menggunakan model interaktif yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verivikasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran yang sering di lakukan siswa yaitu terlambat sholat ke aula, pulang kerumah tanpa ijin Pembina atau pengasuh asrama, terlambat berangkat ahadpagi, terlambat kembali keasrama, terlambat pengisian ke aula, tidur setelah sholat subuh. Mekanisme pendisiplinan yang di terapkan di asrama yaitu doktrinasi keberadaan Tuhan dalam kehidupan siswa, pengawasan melalui tulisan, pengawasan melalui konstruksi keruangan, pencatatan pelanggaran, menyamakan aturan di semua asrama putri, menerapkan hukuman secara bertahap, pengawasan melalui pengurus, pembina dan pengasuh asrama, dan kontrol aktivitas siswa. Dampak sanksi bagi siswa yang melanggar aturan yaitu siswa yang produktif dan siswa kontraproduktif.    Kata Kunci : Pendisiplinan, pengawasan, sanksi, dan Asrama

Abstract

Students have diverse learning abilities; thus, the role of the teacher as a facilitator is profoundly needed. Teachers have to recognize the initial abilities of each student through assessment activities so that teachers can identify students' abilities. This article aims to determine the influence of using diagnostic tests as a formative test in improving mathematics outcomes. The method used is meta-analysis by comparing information from several identical literature studies. Based on the analysis of 4 literature, diagnostic tests can improve students' learning outcomes by forming a heterogeneous group. A comparison of students' learning improvement can be observed by the percentage of learning mastery results before and after the diagnostic test, which carries out a statistical test, paired t-test. Students' learning outcomes were assessed by the percentage of learning mastery before and after using diagnostic tests, which were then processed using a statistical test paired sample. The test showed that the average increase in learning outcomes from the pretest was 63.93 to 81.68. It indicates that the student's learning outcomes have improved after using a diagnostic test as a formative test in mathematics learning.
