Abstract

This study is about syariah banking. The secondary data, obtained from the published reports of Bank Indonesia (BI) was used. It consists of Islamic Banking Statistics (SPS) and the Progress Report on Islamic Banking (LPPS). The analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, F test and t test. Based on the calculation of F test, deposit indicators - ROA, NPF, FDR, and the ratio jointly influence the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia.  Further, based on t test that had been done,  the variable deposits, ROA, NPF and the ratio have a significant effect, while the FDR variables have no significant effect to the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Then, DPK variables, ROA, and FDR have a positive effect while the NPF and the ratio have  a negative effect on the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. From the analysis, it can be implied that the bank should increase deposits and ROA because they will have an effect on increasing the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia; and the NPF and the bank should lower the ratio because they will reduce the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia.  Penelitian ini mengenai perbankan syariah. Data pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan diperoleh dari laporan bank Indonesia yang dipublikasikan. Data-data tersebut terdiri dari  Statistik Perbankan Syariah (SPS) and Laporan Perkembangan Perbankan Syariah (LPPS). Metode analitik yang digunakan adalah multiple linear regression, F test dan t test. Berdasarkan perhitungan F tes, bisa dikatakan bahwa indikator-indikator seperti  ROA, NPF, FDR, dan nisbah secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi pangsa pasar perbankan Islam di Indonesia. Sedangkan berdasarkan t tes yang sudah dilakukan, deposit variabel termasuk di dalamnya adalah ROA, NPF dan nisbah mempunyai efek yang signifikan sedangkan variabel FDR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pangsa pasar perbankan Islam di indonesia. Kemudian, variabel DPK, ROA, dan FDR mempunyai pengaruh positif  sedangkan NPF dan nisbah berpengaruh negatif terhadap pangsa pasar perbankan Islam di Indonesia. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, bisa disimpulkan bahwa bank seharusnya meningkatkan deposits dan ROA karena berefek pada peningkatan pada pangsa pasar perbankan Islam di Indonesia kemudian NPF dan bank seharusnya menurunkan nisbah karena akan menurunkan pangsa pasar perbankan Islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi berperan penting dalam pengoptimalan berbagai aspek pembangunan wisata termasuk pengembangan Desa Wisata Pekunden, Banyumas. Desa Wisata Pekunden sebagai salah satu desa wisata terbaik di Indonesia memiliki berbagai potensi yang menawarkan wisata unik seperti pelestarian kebudayaan dan industri kreatif. Namun eksistensi Desa Wisata Pekunden masih cukup rendah dengan jumlah wisatawan yang fluktuatif. Oleh karena itu, peran digital wisata menjadi penting dalam mendongkrak pariwisata daerah seperti Desa Wisata Pekunden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan Desa Wisata Pekunden melalui aspek digital wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel purposive sampling dengan model Quadruple Helix yakni akademisi, pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa Analytic Network Process dengan mengkaji berbagai indikator yang dinilai dari berbagai key person dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi pengembangan Desa Wisata Pekunden yakni membentuk tim media sosial untuk mengelola media digital Desa Wisata Pekunden disusul dengan memberikan pelatihan mengenai web-development dan digital tourism lainnya, membentuk serangkaian paket wisata dengan media informasi yang lengkap, dan mengusung konsep Desa Wisata Digital di Desa Wisata Pekunden.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze income, the effect of capital, labor, working hours, and technology on production and to analyze production efficiency in micro, small and medium-sized industries of patchwork in Pekalongan City. The sample used in this study were 34 entrepreneurs. Research data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. For the data analysis technique using the Cobb-Douglas stochastic frontier production function analysis with the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method using STATA 13 software. The results showed that the independent variables that had a significant effect on the production of patchwork crafts in Pekalongan City were capital, and working hours. Meanwhile, labor and technology statistically have no effect on production. The results of the analysis of technical efficiency estimates indicate that the input factor for patchwork production has an average technical efficiency value of 68.5 percent, meaning that this craft business has not yet achieved technical efficiency. While the results of the allocative efficiency analysis show that the use of capital and working hours is inefficient because the value of marginal product greater than 1, so as to achieve efficiency in the use of capital and working hours need to be increased, while labor and technology are inefficient because the two production inputs have no effect on production. The income of the small and medium-sized patchwork industry in Pekalongan City is IDR 103,638,854 with an average respondent of IDR 3,0482,202 per month.

Abstract

This study explores the development strategy of Gegesik Kulon, a potential tourism village in Cirebon that uniquely combines travel with cultural preservation. However, it faces challenges such as suboptimal tourism management and low carrying capacity among stakeholders. Additionally, this area has the highest poverty rate in Cirebon Regency. By utilizing the MACTOR method, this study identifies the involvement of stakeholders in the development process of the Gegesik Kulon Tourism Village. Through purposive sampling based on the Quadruple Helix concept, the study highlights the importance of collaboration among academics, local governments, tourists, and business actors. The results indicate that the main actors include Kuwu Gegesik Kulon, the Tourism Awareness Group, the Cirebon Regency Culture and Tourism Office, and academics, all of whom play a crucial role in the development of village tourism. These findings advocate for a development strategy that emphasizes stakeholder integration to promote sustainable tourism, ultimately aiming to enhance the economic viability and integrity of Gegesik Kulon's cultural tourism.
