Abstract

Meningkatnya peran teknologi informasi maka investasi di bidang teknologi Informasi semakin besar dan semakin kompleks dalam pengelolaannya. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu tata kelola teknologi informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasinya. Saat ini, Universitas di Indonesia sebagai salah satu bentuk organisasi membutuhkan suatu tata kelola teknologi informasi yang baik, agar investasi teknologi informasinya dapat berjalan dengan baik. Penulisan ini membuat suatu tata kelola teknologi informasi untuk universitas dengan menggunakan gabungan model tata kelola teknologi informasi model Van Grembergen, Weil dan Ross, AS-8015 dan COBIT 5. Dalam membangun model ini, dilakukan analisa dari beberapa dokumen penelitian karya ilmiah secara kualitatif  dengan pendekatan grounded theory, dalam menentukan kriteria yang tepat dan benar untuk membentuk sebuah model tata kelola teknologi informasi pada universitas, dan dilakukan validasi model ke beberapa universitas. Hasil dari kajian model tersebut nantinya adalah usulan model tata kelola teknologi informasi pada universitas swasta di jakarta. Model ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk tata kelola TI pada universitas dengan menekankan aktivitas-aktivitas identifikasi tujuan, akusisi TI, identifikasi TI, estimasi biaya anggaran, dan pengelolaan SDM.

Abstract

Hingga 2014, sistem beasiswa Universitas Indonesia (UI) mengelola sekitar 12.936 penerima beasiswa dengan dana lebih dari 120 miliar dan jumlah ini terus bertambah setiap tahunnya. Proses pendaftaran melalui beasiswa UI memiliki beberapa masalah, karena ada laporan bahwa mahasiswa yang sudah lulus masih bisa mendaftar untuk mendapatkan beasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kualitas data dalam sistem informasi beasiswa UI. Pengukuran kualitas data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Total Data Quality Management (TDQM). Pengukuran kualitas data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan dimensi kelengkapan, validitas, akurasi, dan keunikan. Hasil pengukuran memperlihatkan bahwa nomor identitas, nomor ponsel, jenis pelamar, alamat tempat tinggal, jenis identitas, dan pendapatan orang tua memiliki nilai kelengkapan di bawah rata-rata. Data NIK dan nomor rekening bank memiliki nilai validitas di bawah rata-rata. Skor IPK memiliki nilai akurasi di bawah rata-rata. NIK, email, nomor ponsel, dan nomor rekening bank memiliki nilai keunikan di bawah rata-rata. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar UI dapat segera mengambil langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kualitas data yang mereka miliki, sehingga data dapat menjadi aset yang bermanfaat dan berharga.

Abstract

By Waseda University International e-Government Ranking, announced in 2012 the state of Singapore and Korea ranks first and third in the implementation of e-government. Whereas Indonesia ranks 33[6]. This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the implementation of e-government Enterprise Architecture in Korea, Singapore and Indonesia. Stages of the research conducted is reviewing literature on TOGAF framework, define the attribute comparison, analysis of EA implementation in each country and do a comparison of the EA of both countries. Attributes used for comparison EA are business architecture, information systems architecture and technology architecture. Korea and Singapore divide business area into two business areas, namely public services and support services. Indonesia has tthree business area. Korea split by sector information system development while Singapore users group split based information system. Indonesia has 4 main application. Korea emphasizing mobile technology and the common component. While Singapore visible effort to increase the use of middleware. Indonesian technology solutions that enable information used accessed through various devices.

Abstract

Data quality is important aspect in supporting transparency, accountability, and efficiency of the government procurement process. Electronic Catalog data acts as a source of information on products, services, and providers of goods/services. The transition from Electronic Catalog v5 to v6 is form of digital transformation in the government procurement of goods/services as form of improving public services. Measuring the quality of Electronic Catalog v6 data has significant role in providing effective, efficient and accountable information. This study aims to evaluate the quality of data on Electronic Catalog v6 product data using the Total Data Quality Management (TDQM) framework. There are 6 dimensions used in evaluating data quality, completeness, accuracy, data integrity, fairness, consistency, and precision. The results of the study show that the dimensions of consistency, accuracy, completeness, fairness and precision reach above 90% while data integrity reaches below 50% and requires improvement on product data quality.

Abstract

In 2023, Indonesia produced 38 million tons of waste, 51% of which was household waste. One effort to address the waste problem is encouraging the public to sort recyclable waste (SDU) to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills. The Duitin application is a mobile-based app that helps tackle waste issues through the collection of SDU sorted by households. This application is expected to play a significant role in supporting service operations. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the intention to use the Duitin application. The model used in this research is adopted from the TAM, UTAUT, and ISSM frameworks. Previous studies were referenced to identify relevant variables, which were then incorporated into a questionnaire distributed through social media. Data analysis was conducted using the PLS-SEM technique on 244 respondent datasets. The results of the study revealed that two hypotheses were accepted, namely perceived usefulness and satisfaction, while four hypotheses were rejected: subjective norm, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition. This study serves as a reference for future research aimed at understanding factors influencing the adoption of smart waste management applications in the context of household recyclable waste in Indonesia.

Abstract

Facing increasingly complex urban waste management challenges, this study evaluates the maturity level of Smart Waste Management implementation in Indonesia, with a case study of PT. XYZ. In Indonesia, the implementation of Smart Waste Management is still in its early stages, yet its urgency continues to grow due to increasingly complex urban waste problems. The study examines Smart Waste Management System maturity levels and identifies key implementation factors, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Assessment results indicate an average maturity level of 3-Integrated out of 5-Smart, with variations across different processes. Key areas requiring enhancement include governance, social, technological, and economic dimensions. This evaluation provides valuable insights for improving operational efficiency, environmental impact, and community service delivery in waste management. The findings contribute to understanding SWMS implementation challenges and opportunities, offering strategic recommendations for advancing sustainable waste management practices in Indonesia.
