Abstract

Astra Manufacturing Polytechnic is educational institution under the auspices of PT Astra International (Astra Group) which has total of approximately 700 students. Industrial culture is adopted by applying discipline in the form of attendance. Students who do not arrive on time will be charged Minus Hours. Students do attendance with attendance cards and recapitulated by each study program admin and takes 700 minutes (all study programs) every week to produce minus hours as calculation of student errors. Many students are cheating in the attendance process. Because attendance cards can be deposited to other students. To overcome this, the attendance method was replaced by initially using machine and attendance card with finger scanner and integrated finger scanner integrase application with sql server database. So hopefully cheating and recapitulation time can be eliminated. In the implementation of this research extreme programming is used as software development methodology. After implementation of the application is able to eliminate 700 minutes and eliminate the use of attendance cards.

Abstract

Pertemuan 5 Menit (P5M) is a routine activity that is always carried out by instructor in Politeknik Manufaktur Astra (Polman Astra) to students in each Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) before or after lectures begin. Students who do not follow or violate the rules at the time of P5M will get a penalty in the form of minus hours. Minus hours are penalties given to students. Data minus hours of P5M are recorded using a form that is recapitulated one by one for every week and inputted into academic information system  Polman Astra. The input time for minus P5M clock data is 565 minutes. Therefore we need an information system that can help overcome or automate it. In this research an analysis and design will be carried out using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stages with extreme programming methodology which will reduce the recapitulation time from 565 to 280 minutes.

Abstract

Makalah ini membahas perbaikan dan pencegahan permasalahan pada mesin produksi pada Departemen Maintenance yang memiliki beberapa kendala.  Kendala yang terjadi yaitu belum tersedianya standardisasi laporan permasalahan mesin, sulitnya melakukan pengawasan kegiatan maintenance di area produksi, belum tersedianya riwayat pemasangan part mesin, dan pencatatan laporan serta data administrasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan sulitnya melakukan rekapitulasi dan integrasi data. Untuk mengatasi kendala yang ada maka dibangunlah sistem informasi yang mempermudah proses pemeliharaan mesin, pengelolaan laporan dan data administrasi yang dinamakan MSSAyang merupakan aplikasi berbasis web, mobile dan desktop dan dijalankan dengan jaringan intranet. Pembangunan MSSA menggunakan bahasa PHPdan C# serta basisdata SQL Server. Dari hasil implementasi, MSSA memberikan standarisasi pada laporan kegiatan maintenance, mempermudah pengawasan maintenance di area produksi, mengurangi penggunaan kertas, menurunkan jumlah total waktu penanganan permasalahan mesin, meningkatkan produktivitas produksi sebesar 7%, menghemat dana persediaan part mesin berlebih, dan mempermudah pengelolaan laporan.

Abstract

Proses pengelolaan Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang efektif dapat berdampak pada meningkatnya potensi keberhasilan proyek dan investasi TI serta alokasi sumber daya perusahaan. Efektifitas tata kelola TI dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kematangan proses-proses TI yang ada di lingkungan organisasi yang dapat diukur dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan identifikasi dan pengukuran maturity level dari delapan proses COBIT di PT XL Axiata Tbk. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa delapan proses tersebut adalah proses Define a Strategic IT Plan, Define the IT Organization and Relationships, Manage Project, Ensure continuous service, Ensure systems security, Manage operations, Manage Changes, dan Monitor and evaluate IT performance. Nilai rata-rata Maturity Level dari delapan proses tersebut adalah berada pada level 3 yaitu 3.37. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PT XL Axiata Tbk berada pada level 3 yang berarti berada pada fase Define dimana proses2 TI telah terdefinisi dengan baik, disosialisasikan kepada seluruh karyawan dan telah dilaksanakan/ diimplementasikan, namun proses monitoring terhadap pelakasanaan proses-proses TI belum terlaksana dengan baik. Beberapa rekomendasi perbaikan diajukan dalam penelitian ini sebagai saran untuk PT XL Axiata Tbk agar dapat meningkatkan maturity level. Rekomendasi perbaikan tersebut diantaranya peningkatan organisasi, implementasi knowledge management, penerapan manajemen SOP, Implementasi Automatic Operational Monitoring & Control, Implementasi Operational Dashboard, Peningkatan Service Level management, Pengembangan IT Risk Management & Audit dan IT Project management.

Abstract

Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Riau ingin meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan kertas dalam pembuatan soal dan buku rapor pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Di tingkat SMA, dalam satu semester untuk setiap mata pelajaran dapat melaksanakan latihan soal sebanyak 1 kali, ujian sebanyak 3 kali (ujian harian, ujian tengah semester, dan ujian akhir semester), dan try out ujian nasional (UN) sebanyak 1 kali untuk kelas dua belas. Pada 2018 dalam satu semester, per sekolah rata-rata penggunaan kertas dalam pembuatan soal dan buku rapor adalah sebanyak 490 rim dan membutuhkan waktu 31 hari kerja. Oleh karena itu, Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Riau membuat Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendidikan Terpadu (SIMPINTER) untuk melakukan efisiensi dalam pelaksanaan ujian dan pembuatan buku rapor. Dalam membangun sistem ini digunakan bahasa pemrograman C# berbasis ASP .NET dan basisdata SQL Server Management Studio 2017 dengan framework Kendo User Interface dan arsitektur three-tiered client/server. Metode yang digunakan adalah metodologi 4D AGIT. SIMPINTER yang dibangun dapat menghilangkan penggunaan kertas sebanyak 490 rim dalam pembuatan soal dan buku rapor dengan cara mengotomatisasi pengerjaan paket ujian siswa secara online, selain itu juga dapat mengurangi waktu dalam melakukan penilaian ujian dan pembuatan buku rapor dari 31 hari kerja menjadi 90 menit.

Abstract

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a prevalent gastrointestinal disorder characterized by the backward flow of gastric contents into the esophagus, often causing heartburn and regurgitation, with a global prevalence of approximately 13.98%. Early detection is essential to prevent severe complications such as esophagitis, esophageal strictures, and esophageal cancer. However, conventional diagnostic methods are often limited by inadequate healthcare resources and high cost, particularly in developing countries. On the other hand, machine learning can be implemented as a promising alternative method for disease detection, improving accuracy through data pattern identification. Machine learning has been used for several disease detection tasks, such as Breast Cancer, Diabetes, etc. This study proposed an enhanced GERD prediction model by implementing the Extra Tree classifier optimized by the Komodo Mlipir Algorithm (KMA) for hyperparameter optimization.  This study used a GERD dataset from the Harvard  Dataverse, which consists of 1200 rows with 69 features. The result shows that the Extra Tree Algorithm that KMA tuned achieved a high-performance evaluation with an F1-score of 0.97.  This highlights the effectiveness of KMA in enhancing model performance. Compared to the previous study, the proposed Extra Tree Models optimized by KMA performed improved performance, demonstrating the effectiveness of metaheuristic optimization in GERD prediction.
