Abstract

Islamic education is one of the leading human empowerment, good thoughts, mental and moral, to undertake humanitarian functions performed as a form of a servant of God and also as a custodian of this universe. The definition of Islamic education is to determine the maximum of effort from the base personality of the students, as elaborated in the al-Quran and al-Sunnah. To the effect of the Islamic Education is shaping the personality of Islam, Islamic tsaqâfah master, master of science and technology (Science and Technology) Principles of Islamic education is the integration, balance, equality, education for life.

Abstract

Various measures should be considered and implemented in order to improve the quality of education . Improving the quality of education is the improvement of teaching and learning process that is dependent upon the professionalism of teachers as human resources. Speaking of professional teachers, there are still many good people among experts discussed their own education or outside education experts . Even many who tend to abuse the position of teacher , whether relating to the public interest until the very personal nature . While from the teachers themselves barely able to defend themselves . Community or parents were sometimes accused of teachers lacking professional, quality and so on , when her son was not able to resolve the problem she faced alone or have the ability that does not comply with her wishes.

Each studying activity always aims, therefore aim actually that wants at reaches from creativity result study it change who tanpak will pass through behaviour or step-up on achievement that at gets, but exists supporting Factor in proteges learned creativity, namely motivates (thruster), and its resistor factor is no ambition and studying yen on self protege. And to develop protege creativity exists one of learning form that corresponds to philosophy of approaching kontruktivis is kooperatifs learning. kooperatifs learning encourages student to get active ala interaction and positive deep agglomerate. available three studying deep strategies students with agglomerate system, amongst those; Pair-Share (Coupled strategy then shared). Both of; Jigsaw (student does two functions). Third; Split-class discussion (constituting learning strategy by divides class as two to do discussions). And learning with agglomerate system can take in protege plots, formulate, work, and finding and evaluates selftaught result in one group of this studying experience, protege will get to develop self for creative.

Abstract

The curriculum is an important thing in the world of education, without an educational curriculum will run unbalanced. Competency-based curriculum is an effort in improving the quality of education quality, this is what causes a problem and adjustment of PAI Teachers in teaching and learning process. in the application of Curriculum-Based Competence Islamic Religion Teachers are always preparing in advance to be given to students, be it related to the syllabus, learning tools, media, material mastery, notebook (personal) even performent a Master is also important, in addition to Master always use various methods learning which is interspersed with fun things to be unsaturated, all efforts to maximize the application of Competency Based Curriculum conducted by Islamic Religious Education Teachers so that students are more independent and not dependent on Teachers, and students are more creative looking for problem solving or material materials that exist out of school. The existence of the optimal application is done by Islamic Religious Education Teachers by seeking various preparations, methods and other efforts as mentioned above, as well as cooperation among teachers, both Islamic Religious Education Teachers and Counseling Guidance and general teachers. Therefore, efforts are made more on the increase again that the madrasah especially Islamic Religious Education Teachers improve again its cooperation with parents and more students execute themselves with other teachers, especially Teacher Counseling to monitor the problems and development of students.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the lack of Islamic preaching in the contemporary era, both in non-Islamic environments and in Islamic boarding school (pesantren) and other dormitory-based Islamic schools, especially within the structures of mosque in these Islamic institutions. From this issue, educators, particularly Islamic Studies teachers (PAI), pla a crucial role in making the mosque a center for Islamic preaching and education in the contemporary era. The research problem formulation is as follows: (1) What is the role of PAI teachers in making mosque a center for Islamic preaching and education in the contemporary era (2) What challenges must a PAI teacher face in fullfilling the role of making the mosque a center for Islamic preaching and education in the contemporary era? (3) What are the factors hindering the success of PAI teachers in making mosque a center for Islamic preaching and education in the contemporary era? (4) What are the solutions to overcome the obstacles to the success of PAI teachers in making mosque a center for Islamic preaching and education in the contemporary era?
