Abstract

Empirically that strategic planning can be useful help to assert focus on things that are really important, given the ease of the organization in determining priority activities, optimizing the efficiency of the organization, provide support for the establishment of smooth communication in explaining the purposes of the strategy, help in garnering support from internal and external stakeholders, helping terkristalisasinya a better understanding of the impact that may arise against its decisions in the future and improve coordination among the various activities and various units. As an educational institution, man 3 Yogyakarta has a vision that will drive the future of the madrassa. The concept of vision is something that is very important in management education. The vision of man 3 Yogyakarta is superior and skilled and mature personality that is shortened with an ultra prime.

Abstract

Motivation to learn is the power (power motivation) and the driving force (driving force), or tool builder willingness and strong desire for self-learners for active learning, creative, effective and innovative and enjoyable in a change of behavior in both the cognitive, affective and psychomotor. So that motivation to learn is possessed by the learners, the teachers are required expertise in determining appropriate strategies in learning so as to motivate the learners, both internally and externally. If learners are motivated to learn by itself will have an impact on the process and the expected learning outcomes and can be used as a basis to know ketercapian purpose of learning by learners.

Abstract

Mental religion development is a formation directed or aimed at one's mental (soul) towards that which is in accordance with religious teachings, which in this case is Islamic religion. So fostering Islamic religion is essentially the same as Islamic religious education, because what is meant by Islamic religious education is physical and spiritual guidance based on the laws of the teachings of Islamic religion to form the main personality according to the size of Islam. The role of religious education in forming a complete and noble human being is very important, therefore it is necessary to increase the implementation of religious education or mental development of religion in both the family, school, community and so on inmates. Because the majority of prisoners is detained is due to the low quality of their religious education. In order not to arise actions that violate the norms (religion, morality, etc.), it is necessary to live an Islamic soul in every human being so that it is expected to be able to reflect attitudes and behavior in accordance with his nature.

Abstract

Quality education is education that can produce graduates who have the basic ability to learn, so they can participate and even become pioneers in renewal and change by empowering educational resources optimally through good and conducive learning. Quality education or schools are also called high achieving schools, good schools or successful schools, effective schools and excellent schools. Excellent and quality schools are schools that are able to compete with students outside of school. Also has cultural roots and moral values that are good and strong (akhlakul karimah). Quality education is education that is able to answer the various challenges and problems that will be faced now and in the future. Quality or quality of education is the ability of educational institutions and systems to empower educational resources to improve quality in accordance with the expectations or goals of education through an effective educational process. One of the Islamic educational institutions, namely madrasa as an institution that is able to realize quality education and be able to instill religious values (akhlakul karimah) so that it can realize quality education based on morality based on morals..
