Abstract

This study attempts to identify the various of the traditional market, which have suffered from marginalization caused by rapid expansion and penetration of modern supermarkets and other large retailers. As a way out, this recommends various protection strategies, which are based on provisions of the constitution and legislation and/or enacting new ones. Providing legal protection to sources of livelihood is common practice in many developed nations, where weak players are shielded from foreign player, and is also evident in other sectors and institutional aspects of the broader economy. The study recommends certain models of traditional markets development, which makes it a source of reference for various parties, market manager, government, local universities, and others.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work family conflict, work life balance and job stress on employee performance in generation Z in Yogyakarta. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 100 respondents of generation Z employees who live in Yogyakarta with statement items for all variables proven valid and reliable. The classical assumption test results in a normally distributed data regression model, no multicollinearity, and no heteroscedasticity. The results showed that: (1) Work Family Conflict has a negative and significant effect on Generation Z Employee Performance in Yogyakarta, (2) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Generation Z Employee Performance in Yogyakarta, (3) Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Generation Z Employee Performance in Yogyakarta. This result is indicated by the significance value of the Work Family Conflict variable on Employee Performance of 0.003, the Work Life Balance variable on Employee Performance of 0.001, the Work Stress variable on Employee Performance of 0.038. From the results of this study it can be concluded that work family conflict, work life balance, and work stress have a significant influence on the performance of Generation Z employees in Yogyakarta

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job recruitment, work shifts, and occupational safety and health (K3) on the performance of employees of Cigarette Production Companies in Temanggung Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, where the variables are measured using the Likert scale method. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The exact population size in this study is not known. The technique used in determining the sample in this study uses non-probability, choosing using purposive sampling, while determining the sample size in this study uses the Lameshow formula with a sample size of 100. Data processing is carried out using the SPSS application, the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing t test and f test and testing the coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that simultaneously there is a significant influence of job recruitment, work shifts, and occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance. Then, partially, the job recruitment assessment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work shifts have a significant positive effect on employee performance, and occupational safety and health (K3) has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of Cigarette Production Companies in Temanggung Regency.
