Abstract

The aim of this service activity was to socialize and train fishermen's wives inCot Seurani Village, Muara Batu Sub-District, North Aceh District how to process fish. The target of the training was that fishermen's wives understand and are creative in producing fish products as healthy alternative snacks for children during their growth and development stages. This activity had several stages which were program planning, preparation, training to process fish into fish nuggets and dragon feet products. From the program planning stage, the survey showed that: 1) the fishermen's wives did not have sufficient skills to process fish; 2) during the catching season, fish is usually sold at a low price; and 3) the children of the fishermen did not like to eat fish and preferred chicken and other street foods. The result of this service activity was that the participants have already had the skills and practiced directly how to make fish nuggets and dragon feets. In conclusion, the fishermen's wives can now provide fish products for their children.

Abstract

Three main focuses are discussed in this research: the effect of problem-based E-LKPD learning on improving students' mathematical problem-solving capabilities; the applicability of problem-based Mathematics E- LKPD developed based on PBL in both high and low grades; and the direction of problem-based E-LKPD development. The purpose of this research is to prove whether PBL is effective in fostering students' mathematics learning outcomes in elementary school by using E-LKPDs. This research uses a literature study. The focus of the research is on activities related to library data collection, reading as well as recording, and managing research data factually, regularly, examining, and critically related to the PBL model to improve student learning outcomes in elementary school mathematics. The results of the study can conclude that PBL- based LKPD can improve student learning outcomes. Keywords: LKPD, Mathematics, Problem-Based Learning, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

To overcome the problem of lackof student participation in learning activities. Students find it difficult to develop theability to solve problems, especially indetermining and processing concepts and concepts. Obvious difficulties can be seen when the teacher gives students the opportunity to respond to the questions asked. Learning can be enhanced by either a system of student-centered learning, which will be able to improve students' creative thinking ability to learn and solve problems in everyday life, or teacher-centered learning, which will lead to more meaningful learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the pamphlet- assisted CPS model to improve the creative thinking skills of grade V students of SDN 104231 Batang Kuis. This research includes experimental research with the Quasi-Experimental method, where class V A as the experimental class will be treated and class V B as the control class that is not treated. The subjects in this study consisted of two classes, namely class V A which amounted to 40 students and class V B which amounted to 38. There are three data collection techniques in this study, namely questionnaires, observation sheets, and tests. In the pretest results, the experimental class got an average of 38.25 and the control class 36.84. Then the experimental class was given the CPS learning model treatment assisted by pamphlet media, while the control class was not given treatment. And the experimental class got a posttest result of 81.00 and the control class got an average score of 69.21. So it was concluded that there was an influence of the pamphlet media-assisted CPS model to improve students' creative thinking skills in theme 8 Our Friends Environment Subtheme 1 Human and Learning Environment 1 class V at SDN 104231 Dusun II, Sugiharjo, Batang Kuis District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra.Keywords: CPS, Pamphlet Media, Creative Thinking Skill
