Abstract

This research's background is that the particular economic zone policy is expectedto increase investment, exports, and Labor value. With the increase in these three sectors,it will drive economic growth and increase the value of GDP.The benefit of this research is to provide information related to the investment, export,and Labor sectors in contributing to the Kotabaru district GRDP value. And this researchcan understand the regional government, the developer, and community institutionsinterested in developing special economic zones in Mekar Putih, Kotabaru Regency.where this research can be a reference in the preparation of strategic plans in thedevelopment of Special Economic Zones in Mekar Putih Kotabaru RegencyThis research method collects data by retrieving data at the related statistical andservice centers. After that, multiple linear regression analysis was carried out to see theinfluence of independent variables on dependent variables. Software used for regressionanalysis is using EviewsThis study's analysis indicates that investment has a significant effect and has apositive influence on GDP. In contrast, exports and Labor do not have a considerableimpact but still positively influence Kotabaru Regency's GDP.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengungkap tentang kegagalan kapitalisme pada saat-saat belakangan ini dalam membangun masyarakat yang lebih baik dan lebih adil. Ini karena ada batas pertumbuhan secara sosial. Artikel ini juga mengungkap kembali degradasi kemanusiaan dari ide kapitalisme yang digaungkan sejak tiga abad yang lalu oleh Adam Smith. Sebagai refleksi dari dua tesis di atas, artikel ini  membawa kita mengevaluasi keberadaan kapitalisme di Indonesia yang lebih membawa pada kerugian daripada keuntungan. Terakhir, tulisan ini menyarankan kepada bangsa Indonesia untuk kembali kepada falsafah bangsa, yaitu Pancasila di mana terdapat panduan untuk hidup dalam keseimbangan, yaitu keadilan sosial dan keadaban.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shopping orientation and online store trust on impulsive purchases among students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Sciences of University X in Samarinda. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study involved 100 students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Sciences of University X in Samarinda who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. The use of data collection methods is the scale of impulsive purchases, shopping orientation, and the trust of the online store. The collected data are analyzed with the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows programs. The results showed that the major hypothesis was accepted, namely simultaneous shopping orientation and online store trust can predict the occurrence of impulsive purchases in students, as evidenced by a value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05). The predicted rate is 52.9%. The first minor hypothesis is accepted, namely shopping orientation is able to predict student implusive purchases, proven by a value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05), while the second minor hypothesis is accepted, namely trust in online stores able to predict student impulsiveimplusive purchases as evidenced by a value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05). The results showed that the major hypothesis was accepted, namely simultaneous shopping orientation and online store trusts can predict the occurrence of impulsiveimpulsive purchases in students, as evidenced by the value of p = 0.000 (p<0.05). The positive impact of this research when people specifically read this research article is that it can increase literacy about the main factors that cause impulsive purchases, especially among students, especially caused by shopping orientation and also caused by trust in online stores.
