Abstract

The main problems of education is an increasing of quality for kinds, levels, and educational segments. There for in this case the gover-ment launch the eight quality national standards. Processing quality of education must have been supported by personnel such as administrator, teachers staff, counselor, and a national quality of administrator staff. That matter is also supported by the edu-cational structures, and infrasrtuctures, facilities, media, quantity, and qua-lity learning sources appropriate, and the proportional financial, established management, also supported enviroment. The quality focuses on happiness and happily of customers and more than just customers satisfying.used approaching to explain about the charac-teristic of MMT is inputting, processing, and outputting.

Abstract

The hermeneutiqs approaching of Holy Qur’an interpretation need three prime points focus those areglobal texts, the authors, and the readers subject. Abstract

Al-Qur’an secara terus menerus menantang semua ahli kesusasteraan Arab supaya mencoba ditandingi. Tapi tak seorang pun yang mampu menjawab tantangan al-Qur’an. Mereka bahkan tidak sanggup meniru, karena al-Qur’an memang berada di atas puncak yang tak mungkin diungguli. Dan al-Qur’an memang bukan kalimat manusia. Itulah yang membuka jalan para pakar untuk dapat mengungkap segi balaghah (retorika), al-Qur’an dan gaya bahasanya yang unik dalam merumuskan susunan kalimat untuk melukiskan sesuatu. Para ahli bahasa Arab telah menumpahkan segala aktifitas mereka yang patut dihargai dan disyukuri. Mereka berusaha keras menyajikan balaghah al-Qur’an dalam bentuk inspirasi yang mengasyikan. Pada aspek ilmiah, keilmiahan al-Qur'an bukanlah terletak pada cakupannya pada teori-teori ilmiah yang selalu baru dan berubah sebagai hasil usaha manusia melalui pengamatan dan penelitian, tetapi terletak pada semangatnya memberi dorongan pada manuisa untuk berpikir menggunakan akalnya. Semua persoalan atau kaidah ilmu pengetahuan yang telah mapan dan meyakinkan, merupakan manifestasi dari kegiatan berpikir yang dianjurkan al-Qur'an. Al-Qur'an telah membangunkan kembali (reawakeing) pada diri setiap muslim kesadaran ilmiah untuk memikirkan, memahami dan menggunakan akal. Berbeda dengan pemahaman kebanyakan orang, yang mengatakan bahwa saat dalam kondisi hipnosis atau trance kesadaran seseorang sangat lemah, saat dalam kondisi trance level kesadaran seseorang justru meningkat sangat tinggi.

The teacher in public perspectively is the individual who applicates education in certainty places, is does not have to in educationally formally, but can be in mosques, small mosques, houses, etc. Teacher is assignment an tasked tittle in professional sector, to concern something involved whole of educational prossesing. The profesinal teacher will be reflected in doing sacrifices tasks that is sined with good skills in matters or methodes. Besides that also is shown by his or her responsibillity to do all sacrifices assignments. The profesional teacher should be able to bring and fulltil it’s responsibilities for educaters, parents, public, nation, state, and religiousmen. Abstract

The Qur'an constantly challenges all Arab literature experts to try to be matched. But no one is able to answer the challenges of the Qur'an. They are not even able to imitate, because the Qur'an is on top of a peak that is impossible to excel. And the Qur'an is not a human sentence. That paves the way for experts to be able to uncover aspects of balaghah (rhetoric), the Qur'an and its unique language style in formulating sentence arrangements to describe something. The Arabic linguists have shed all their cherished and grateful activities. They try hard to present balaghah al-Qur'an in the form of inspiration that is fun. On the scientific aspect, the scientificity of the Qur'an does not lie in its scope to the ever-new and changing scientific theories as a result of human effort through observation and research, but lies in its spirit of encouraging people to think using their minds. All problems or rules of science that have been established and convincing, is a manifestation of the activities of thinking recommended by the Qur'an. The Qur'an has rebuilt every Muslim's scientific consciousness to think, understand, and use reason. In contrast to the understanding of most people, who say that when in a state of hypnosis or trance one's consciousness is very weak, when in a trance condition the level of consciousness of a person actually increases very high.
