Abstract

Habbatus sauda is one of the herbal plants that was known at the time of the Prophet. The benefits of Black Seed are found in the hadith of the Prophet. The use of Black Seed is quite appreciated in Indonesian society with its various processing and packaging. First, habbatus sauda is an ingredient that is packaged in herbal medicine in the form of capsules, real seeds, and oil. Both habbatus sauda are used as additional ingredients in bath soap, shampoo, and kitchen furniture laundry soap. This research will focus on care products that are used in their daily homes such as soap and shampoo whose composition uses Black Seed. This research is a type of field research. The method used is a qualitative method. The approach used in this study is a social construction approach. It is important to discuss this with social construction in order to reveal how externalization, objectification, and internalization occur in the use of this product. The results of this article are externalization described by understanding Islamic teachings that they have received by choosing properly any product to be used, including paying attention to the ingredients listed on the product because indirectly the halal label and according to the Sunnah of the Prophet as Islamic representation. Objectification described by changing patterns of respondent behavior being more selective when buying a product, paying more attention to halal labels and according to the Sunnah. Internalization is characterized by influences from the immediate environment and advertising media.

Abstract

The use of the digital Qur'an is growing rapidly in the midst of society. The emergence of the digital Qur'an makes it easier for people to access the Qur'an by simply opening it from their mobile phone. This requires attention from academics, especially in the fields of the Qur'an and interpretation. In Indonesia, there are already agreed standard manuscripts, namely mus}h{af bah}riyyah dan mus}h{af bombay manuscripts. Both manuscripts follow the rules of the Ottoman Empire. In this study, we will analyze the rasm and sources of interpretation used by one of the digital applications, namely the Qur'an (free). The aim is to describe the characteristics of this application. This research is a type of library research. The method used is a qualitative method. This study will compare the rasm in the application of the Qur'an (free) with some authoritative data regarding the Ottoman theory of race and those related to standardization theory prevailing in Indonesia. The results of this study are the application of the Qur'an (free) following the Ottoman Empire. Furthermore, the source of interpretation used in this application is al-Muntakhab fi> tafsi>r al-Qur’a>n al-kari>m which is the interpretation of the ministry of religion in Egypt.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, penulis akan membahas tentang hukum pidana yang terdapat dalam al-Qur’an dan bible. Adapun hukum yang akan dibahas difokuskan kepada hukum pembunuhan, pencurian dan perzinahan. Ketiga hukum ini akan dianalisis dari segi jenis tindakan dan hukumannya. Tujuannya agar penganut kedua agama dapat memahami dan memperhatikan konsekuensi dari perbuatan yang dilakukannya ketika melanggar hukum. Selain itu, karakteristik kedua hukum yang terdapat dalam kedua kitab suci ini dapat terlihat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pustaka dengan menggunakan metode komparatif dalam menganalisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Dalam masalah pembunuhan, al-Qur’an dan bible mempunyai kesamaan tentang pembunuhan yang disengaja. Perbedaannya, dalam bible disebutkan secara rinci tentang korbannya. Dalam al-Qur’an pembunuhan yang di sengaja disamakan dari sisi korban, dan juga cara pembunuhannya. Pembunuhan tidak sengaja dalam al-Qur’an tetap mendapatkan diyat dan memerdekakan budak. Dalam bible pelaku diberi jalan keluar atau dibebaskan dari hukuman. Hukum melukai sebagian anggota badan dalam al-Qur’an dan bible dituntut dengan hukuman balas. Sedangan dalam bible ada pembatasan korban berupa budak yang dilukai mata dan giginya dengaan hukuman memerdekakannya. Adapun tentang hukum pencurian dalam al- Qur’an dan bible terdapat perbedaan. Dalam al-Qur’an, tidak merinci jenis harta yang dicuri, tapi cara mencuri dan hukumannya. Dalam bible, jenis harta yang dicuri dan hukumannya disebutan secara rinci. Dalam masalah perzinahan, al-Qur’an dan bible terdapat kesamaan dalam hal perzinahan yang dilakukan oleh orang yang sudah menikah yaitu dihukum mati. Perbedaannya dalam al-Qur’an, bentuk hukuman matinya dengan rajam. Dalam bible, pezina disebutkan lebih rinci.

Abstract

Background: The talaqqī system in Qur’anic education traditionally emphasizes direct interaction between teacher and student to ensure authenticity of recitation and the transmission of spiritual values. However, the advancement of digital technology—particularly the use of artificial intelligence (AI)—has introduced new models in Qur’anic pedagogy. One example is the Qara’a application, which offers a self-directed learning method without the physical presence of a teacher. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the transformation of the talaqqī system into a digital format through the Qara’a application and to evaluate the accuracy of its Qur’anic recitation assessment system. Methodology: This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with structured digital observation of the Qara’a application. The researcher directly engaged with the app to document its navigation flow, AI features, and learning system. Data were collected through screenshots and field notes, and analyzed thematically through the stages of data reduction, categorization, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. Findings: The results show that in the Qara’a system, the teacher’s role is replaced by a machine that provides sample recitations, which are then imitated by the learner through voice recordings. The learning materials are structured in stages—covering writing, recitation, and a combination of both—and users cannot proceed to the next level without completing the current one. While the app offers flexibility in terms of time and place, its AI-based assessment focuses solely on makhraj (articulation point) per letter and does not account for technical issues (such as voice clarity and network stability) or the psychological state of the learner. Research Implication: These findings reveal a shift in the value system of talaqqī, from one rooted in spiritual relationships to an automated evaluative system, affecting both the meaning of authority and the quality of assessment in Qur’anic learning. Contribution: This study offers a new contribution to the field of digital Qur’anic education by presenting a critical analysis of AI integration in Islamic pedagogy. Its focus on the transformation of talaqqī and the evaluation mechanism of the Qara’a application represents a dimension that has not been widely explored in previous studies.

Abstract

This article examines youth-oriented Qur’anic exegesis in Indonesia as a new segment within popular tafsir. It aims to analyze the characteristics of youth tafsir through three aspects: authorship, presentation, and exegetical methodology. The study employs qualitative library research using content analysis on three works explicitly addressed to young readers: Reflection on Surah Three Qul, Tafsir Gaul: Bebas Masalah Cara Al-Qur’an untuk Remaja, and Be Moslem Scientists. The findings show that youth tafsir in Indonesia is marked by the expansion of exegetical actors beyond formally trained Qur’anic studies scholars, while still deriving legitimacy from classical and contemporary tafsir sources. In terms of presentation, youth tafsir tends to employ popular language, thematic organization, visual elements, and communicative formats that resonate with young audiences. Methodologically, these works combine transmitted elements with ijtihādī-contextual approaches to connect Qur’anic messages with the experiences of young readers. Thus, youth tafsir may be understood as a mode of interpretation that rearticulates the tafsir tradition in a form more adaptive to the literacy culture of younger generations.
