Abstract

Budaya profesional harus dimiliki setiap karyawan sebagai penggerak perusahaan agar dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi. Nilai profesional akan membentuk disiplin kerja dan loyalitas yang pada akhirnya berimbas pada kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis budaya profesional terhadap kinerja melalui disiplin dan loyalitas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh secara acak dari 55 karyawan PT ABC Cikarang. Pengumpulan dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 dam model struktural. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya profesional terhadap kinerja karyawan dimediasi oleh disiplin dan loyalitas secara positif. A professional culture must be possessed by every employee as the driving force of the company in order to produce high performance. Professional values will shape work discipline and loyalty which ultimately has an impact on performance. This study aims to analyze professional culture towards performance through discipline and loyalty. The research uses a quantitative approach. Data was obtained randomly from 55 employees of PT ABC Cikarang. The collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires through google forms. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 and structural models. The results of this study show that professional culture towards employee performance is positively mediated by discipline and loyalty
