Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Enzim fItase dan Perbedaan Level Kalsium Dalam Ransum Berbasis Dedak Padi Terhadap Karkas Ayam Broiler. Variabel yang diukur, yaitu bobot potong, persentase karkas, persentase dada, persentase paha, persentase sayap dan persentase lemak abdominal ayam broiler.Perlakuan yang diberikanadalahsebagaiberikut: R0 ransum komersial sebagai ransum kontrol, R1 ransum basal + dedak padi 25 %, R2 ransum basal + dedak padi 25 % + enzim fitase dengan level ca ransum 0,6%dan R3 ransum basal + dedak padi + enzim fitase dengan level Ca ransum 0,9%. Kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan enzim fitase dengan level Ca 0,6% dan dedak padi 25% dalam ransum basal memberi pengaruh terhadap bobot potong, persentase karkas, persentase dada, persentase paha dan persentase sayap, namun R0 nyata lebih rendah pada lemak abdominal ayam broiler. Kata kunci : Ayam broiler, enzim fitase,dan dedak padi. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of using phytase and different calcium levels of rice bran-based diet on broiler carcass. Variables measured were slaughter weight, carcass percentage, percentage of chest, thigh percentage, wings percentage, and abdominal fat percentage. The treatments were: (1) R0, commercial diet as control/basal; (2) R1, basal diet + 25% rice bran; (3) R2, basal diet + 25% + rice bran phytase containing Ca 0.6% of the diet; (4) R3, rice bran + phytase enzyme + Ca 0.9% of the diet. The conclusion is that using phytase with Ca 0.6% and 25% rice bran in the basal diet influences slaughter weight, carcass percentage, chest percentage, thigh percentage and wings percentage, but the control performed lower fat abdominal of broilers.
