Abstract

 AUTO HI-IS is an automatic moisture control devices that are used as a solution in mushroom cultivation. During this time the mushroom growers of mushroom cultivation in regulating moisture they carry still use manual or conventional. It is very effective and efficient. Ineffective because by using the conventional way the farmers do not really know the exact humidity in the mushroom cultivation and moisture to be added. Inefficient due to the farmers using conventional means removing the power and the cost of production which will result in increased production costs. The design consists of a system of electronic devices, monitoring and planting medium. Electronic systems using the Arduino Nano microcontroller, sensors DHT11. Monitoring using a 16x2 LCD and a memory card that records the activities AUTO HI-IS. Growing media consisted of designing a shelf fungus as a mounting medium baglog and fogging. AUTO HI-IS be a smart solution mushroom cultivation consumption can regulate the temperature and humidity in the mushroom house automatically. Mushroom cultivators can be anywhere without being tied season. AUTO HI-IS into the realization of the automation system regulating the temperature and humidity in real form.Keywords: AUTO HI-IS, fungi, temperature, humidity, system.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) analyze the form of legal protection of Debus art both in cultural advancement regulation and in copyright; and (2) propose a Model that is appropriate in enhancing the role of related stakeholders in Banten Province for the implementation of Debus protection. This research falls under normative juridical research emphasizing secondary data supported by interviews with informants as supporters, examining positive law (IPR/Copyright and Cultural Advancement). The output of this research is targeted for a scientific publication in the form of a model to increase the role of stakeholders for the protection of Debus Banten. The research results show that 1. The form of legal protection of Debus art needs to be enhanced not only through preservation carried out by Debus performers and their associations, but also stakeholder synergy in regulation, promotion, and education. There are 4 pillars namely protection, development, guidance, and utilization, which are continuously strived for optimally. 2. The appropriate model in enhancing the role of related stakeholders in Banten Province for the implementation of Debus protection, with the optimization of the role of local governments in implementing 4 pillars, plus partnership patterns and partisanship

Abstract

Perkawinan merupakan suatu peristiwa yang berharga dalam kehidupan manusia, berbagai norma dan aturan terikat dalam suatu ikatan perkawinan, norma agama, norma adat, norma sosial, dan norma hukum. Keberlangsungan perkawinan penting dibekali suatu pemahaman yang baik, karena jika perkawinan diawali dengan niat, persiapan dan proses yang baik akan mempengaruhi kebertahanan dalam ikatan perkawinan. Dalam hal ini Negara telah mengatur hukum keluarga dalam suatu peraturan perundang-undangan, yaitu Undang-Undang No.1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan yang telah diamandemen menjadi Undang-Undang No. 16 Tahun 2019 Tentang Perubahan Undang-Undang Perkawinan. Namun pemahaman terhadap pembangunan hukum keluarga selama ini memang terkesan didominasi hanya terfokus terhadap hal-hal yang normatif semata. Dalam ranah praktis perlu adanya pendekatan pemahaman kepada masyarakat berkaitan dengan hukum keluarga dan permasalahannya. Berbagai persoalan, seperti seringnya  bertengkar, hilangnya rasa kecocokan, KDRT, faktor ekonomi, hingga perselingkuhan sering jadi sumber masalah keretakan hubungan rumah tangga yang berujung pada perceraian. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang hukum perkawinan dan permasalahannya khususnya bagi warga Desa Bantarsari Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil dari kegiatan ini bertambahnya wawasan dan pengetahuan warga tentang hukum perkawinan dan memahami penyelesaian hukum dalam permasalahan perkawinan.
