<![CDATA[ABSTRAKSI : Teknologi Informasi dan Budaya Kerja dua hal yang ada di perguruan tinggi, keberadaan keduanya penting bagi pengembangan lembaga dan saling mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Teknologi Informasi terhadap Budaya Kerja pada IAIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Sumber data penelitian berasal dari 90 responden pegawai yang digali dan dikumpulkan melalui teknik kuesioner dan observasi. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan software SPSS, melalui serangkaian uji validitas, realibilitas kuesioner. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya, dilakukanlah uji regresi linear sederhana. Berdasar hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh terhadap Budaya Kerja pada IAIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Koefisien regresi 0,452 dan signifikansinya 0,000 di bawah alpha (a 0,05) dengan Koefisien regresi bernilai positif (+). Penelitian ini menemukan R square 0,254 atau 25,4 %. Sehingga dapat dimaknai bahwa variabel tidak terikat (independen) mempengaruhi variabel terikat (dependen) sebesar 25,4%. Selebihnya (74,6 %) dijelaskan variabel lain. Kata kunci : teknologi, budaya kerja, pengaruh  ABSTRACT : Information technology and work culture are two important things in the university, both of them are exist for the development of the Institute and influencing each other. This research knows to discover the influence of information technology to work culture at IAIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Source of data research has been collected from the 90-IAIN employees through questionnaires and observation techniques. Processing and data analysis are using SPSS software, through a series of validity test, reliability, and questionnaire. To find out how big the influence of technology information for them, the simple linear regression test has been used. Based on the results of research,it was found that technology information is affecting work culture at IAIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The regression coefficient of 0.452 and their significance 0.000 under alpha (a 0.05) and the regression Coefficient is positive (+).This research also found the value of R square is 0.254 or 25.4%.
