Abstract

This study will discuss about the feasibility of irrigation development projects , in this case the tertiary irrigation network, in West Java for the fiscal year 2016 with a capital budgeting analysis. The aim is to assess whether the irrigation development is feasible or not. The data collection method was carried out by studying documents and literature. There are three methods used in this study the method of payback period, NPV and IRR . As a result, the irrigation development was feasible. Studi ini akan membahas mengenai kelayakan proyek pembangunan irigasi, dalam hal ini jaringan irigasi tersier, di Jawa Barat untuk tahun anggaran 2016 dengan analisis penganggaran modal (capital budgeting). Tujuannya adalah menilai bahwa pembangunan irigasi tersebut layak dilakukan atau tidak. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumen dan literature. Ada 3 metode yang dipakai dalam penilaian kelayakan investasi yakni metode payback period, Net Present Value (NPV), dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Hasilnya, pembangunan irigasi tersebut layak dilakukan.

Abstract

Directorate General of Treasury implements talent management with the aim of finding/identifying, managing, developing, and retaining the best employees. This study aims to analyze the relationship between talent management, and employee retention and employee performance at the Directorate General of Treasury. The method is path analysis. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a survey method using a questionnaire. The results of the study show that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee retention and employee performance at the Directorate General of Treasury. Nevertheless, several findings in this study indicate that there are some indicators which can still be improved.
