Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning orientation on the performance of salespeople through smart work, and hard work owned by salespeople. High sales force performance is needed by the company so that sales success can be achieved. Learning orientation is one of the factors that have an influence on increasing salesperson performance, because with a learning orientation it can make a salesperson able to work smartly, have the ability to sell, so that the salesperson's performance will increase. The research method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the AMOS program. The results of the study prove that learning orientation, smart work and hard work have a positive influence on the performance of salespeople.

Abstract

Universitas Maritim AMNI melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Bungo untuk mendukung program Pemerintah Kota Semarang. Tidak hanya mahasiswa / taruna dan dosen yang melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tetapi juga masyarakat sekitar. Mereka sangat antusias berpartisipasi dalam melaksanakan berbagai program kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di Desa Bungo. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan dan coaching langsung, observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka.  Materi sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai upaya peningkatan hasil tangkapan  ikan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga nelayan . Pengamatan dilakukan di Desa Bungo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode wawancara dan sebagai acuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Indikator ketercapaian pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Desa Bungo

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of organization culture (X1), work engagement (X2) to organization commitment (Y1) and employee performance (Y2). In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 90 respondents to determine the response of respondents to each variable. Then analyze the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis include validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test and analysis test, the coefficient of determination (R2). Data analysis techniques used were linear regression analysis that serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that have met the test validity, test reliability, and classical assumption processed so as to produce the following regression equation: Y1= 0.244X1 + 0.467X2 and Y2 = 0,202X1 + 0,394X2 + 0,209X3 . Results of the analysis found that organization culture (X1), work engagement (X2) has a positive and significant influence on organization commitment (Y1) and organization culture (X1), work engagement (X2) , organization commitment (X3) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y2) . Hypothesis testing using t test showed that independent variables found to significantly affect dependent variables.
