Abstract

This study discusses communication patterns headmaster manage moral guidance of learners in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Palu. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection through observation, structured interviews and document madrasah. Mechanical analysis of data through data reduction, display data and verification of data, drawing conclusions appropriate focus of research. The results showed that: 1) Communication patterns head Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Palu use interactional patterns of communication and psychological communication patterns. Interactional communication pattern used in communicating to the deputy headmaster, the teachers democratically. Psychological communication pattern used to communicate to students who are directing, motivating and exemplary; 2) Management coaching morals implemented in two forms namely through better planning and implementation of development programs fostering moral character spontaneously by the headmaster and teachers at MAN 2 Model Palu; 3) Application of communication patterns interactional headmaster to the deputy headmaster, the teachers, staff other and communication patterns psychological headmaster to learners is very effective in managing the coaching morals learners, evidenced by the atmosphere of habituation salute, habituation tadarus al-Qur / initiate an every subject matter in the morning, pray together starting and closing subjects, refracting prayers and giving Kultum after noon prayers at the mosque, habituation equal cooperation, habituation in organizing fellow learners, provision of material in all subjects morals that teached in the classroom and taught at boarding school programs can influence the character peseta students in MAN 2 Model Palu

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mechanism of academic guidance services, the role of academic lecturers, lecturers and academic efforts in improving student learning motivation at IAIN Palu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method.The results showed that the mechanism of academic guidance services at IAIN Palu was first determined Academic Advisors who meet the criteria. Second, provide good academic guidance services. Third, provide guidance and assistance in the form of consultations, either individually or in groups. The role of the lecturers Academic Advisors, as a motivator, adviser, model, counselor and facilitator of students in the lecture, at IAIN Palu is it quite good, but some lecturers academic role is not optimal, it is seen most students only met with their academic advisors when signing KRS. The efforts of academic advisors in improving student learning motivation at IAIN Palu is to provide consulting services either by providing a special time for students, make a report to the head of the faculty of the coaching process, providing motivation to study harder. Therefore, the academic coaching at IAIN Palu needs to be managed effectively and efficiently so that it can mean for the educational process of students. Students are expected to be more open to their Academic Advisors discussing academic and non academic problems. Students should try to improve the harmony of their relationship with the Academic Advisors. For the Institute to improve the quality of guidance, it may be held intensive training to the Academic Advisors, and the regular monitoring of the student learning outcomes that can be implemented immediately when found students' academic problems

Abstract

This study aimed to describe deeply the optimization of learning quran methodolgy in increasing children's interesting of reading Qur'an, through the implementation of the method, the parent role in motivating children to learn Qur'an. The study design was a descriptive qualitative. The results of this study show that learning the quran in TPA Agung Darussalam Palu using Iqra 'method. The Iqra method is a method that contains of six volumes (volumes 1-6), with an approach that emphasizes on the ability of reading letters, words, sentences until reading the Qur'an. Application of the Iqra ' method has been running well, but it needs more any other development toward better . The parents giving motivation will give some positive influences to the children to increase their ability of reading Qur'an. The role of parents in motivating their children to learn to read the Qur'an is so major that children have the skills in reading the Qur'an, but the inadequated media can not support the learning Qur'an successfully. Media including Iqra 'books including with the card achievements of students, memorizing cards, tadarrus cards, other media such us projector, laptops, markers, tables, chairs, and whiteboards
