Abstract

The design of the teacher and employee payroll information system is a system created to facilitate treasurers in managing teacher and employee salary data, for example for attendance which is currently still managed manually and salary calculations are still semi-computerized which are at risk of miscalculation of both the number of days for teachers and employees. incoming employees or the salary itself, reporting takes a lot of time and duplication of data can also occur. This information system uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) for system design methodology, and the writing methodology used is descriptive method, to obtain data using the methods of observation, interviews, and literature study. To design this payroll information system is to use several design tools, including Data Flow Diagrams, Structure Charts, Flowmaps, and ER Diagrams. The development of this information system uses the Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 programming language and is divided into three modules, namely master, transaction, and report. The design of this payroll information system is expected to improve the performance of the treasurer in the management of teacher and employee salaries involving attendance and deductions, and make it easier to make attendance reports, assignments, deductions, and payroll.

Abstract

In today's era, information systems are an important factor in a company, one of which is in the field of archiving. Archiving at the State Electricity Company (SEC) Rayon Rancaekek still uses a semi-computerized method, which raises several problems, namely difficulty in finding data, not yet integrated transaction files with reports so that reports cannot be generated automatically, the length of the data calculation process because it is still done manually, there is a risk of data being double input and deleted, as well as lost or damaged documents. The purpose of this final project is to simplify data retrieval, integrate transaction files with reports so that reports can be presented after the transaction process, streamline the calculation of archived data, avoid double input and deleted data, and anticipate lost or damaged documents. The research and system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. This system is made using Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 and FoxPro database. System analysis and design tools used in this final project are Flow map, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), database relation schema, and Structure Chart. With the system design made, it can be concluded that the search for archive data becomes easier, all files are integrated so that reports can be presented at any time, the data calculation process can be carried out more effectively, double input data and the risk of data loss can be anticipated, as well as loss and damage data can be anticipated.

Abstract

In research conducted in the process of managing school finances at SMK Plus Bani Muchtar Rancaekek it still runs manually so that there are still many errors in the transaction process and in making reports. The purpose of writing this final project is to change the financial management information system at SMK Bani Muchtar Rancaekek from a manual system to a computerized system using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0. This final project was made based on a descriptive method approach in collecting information data needed to make a picture of a situation, event, or trend that is developing. As for the system design using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall model. Using design toos in the form of DFD, Structurt Chart, Flowmap and ER Diagrams.The system was created using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 and Foxpro database. With the design of the system made, it is expected to make it easier for employees in the Administration section and minimize errors that often occur in school payment transactions and also errors that occur in making financial management reports at schools.

Abstract

Equipment management at the Al Ma'soem Bandung Foundation (YAB) is still done manually, giving rise to several obstacles including difficulty controlling the availability and condition of equipment in units, difficulty knowing prices and acquisition dates if needed at any time, and difficulty detecting warranty date and service schedule for electronic equipment/vehicles that require routine maintenance. To streamline access to equipment information, it is necessary to design a website-based equipment information system. The method used is the Object Oriented Analysis and Design Rational Unified Process model with the Unified Modeling Language system modeling tool. With a website-based equipment information system, access to equipment information at the Al Ma'soem Bandung Foundation will be easier for various interested parties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make it easier to find out the prediction results with the classification method from PPDB data for 2021-2022 to support promotion strategies at the Skye Foundation with the Naive Bayes Classifier Algorithm and to find out the level of accuracy in classification in determining promotion strategies. In this study the authors used 210 data as training data and 53 data as testing data for manual testing in excel and for testing using RapidMiner tools. Based on the results of the analysis in the research conducted, the results of predicting registration and non-registration quickly and accurately from tests carried out by comparing training data with data testing using RapidMiner tools obtained an accuracy rate of 92.45%.
