<![CDATA[Di zaman yang semakin canggih ini akses internet memberikan kemudahan mengakses apapun yang ingin dicari. Namun, internet tidak selamanya memberikan dampak yang positif ada juga dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan. Salah satu dampak tersebut adalah pembajakan film dalam situs internet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa perlindungan hukum terhadap permbajakan film dalam situs internet dapat dilakukan dengan dua acara yaitu perlindungan secara preventif dan perlindungan secara represif, juga akibat hukum yang dapat timbul dari pembajakan film dalam situs internet khususnya dalam Pasal 113 Undang-undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta dan Pasal 32 Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Dengan semakin maraknya pembajakan film dalam situs intenet maka diperlukan peraturan khusus untuk melindungi pemegang hak cipta ata pencipta.Kata kunci: hak cipta, perlindungan hukum, In this really sophisticated era, the internet provides an easy access to anything you want to find. However, the internet does not always have a positive impact, there also negative consequences caused. One of the impact is the film pirates on internet site. According to the result of this research, legal protection of the film pirates in the internet site is doing by two way, first is the preventive protection and repressive protection, also about the legal consequences that the cause from the pirates on internet site especially in section 113 Law Number 28 Year 2014 of Copy Rights and section 32 Law Number 11 Year 2008 of Information and Electronic Transaction.
