<![CDATA[ ABSTRACTThe research with the topic above raises the problem formulation as follows: 1. What is the form of legal protection for health workers who handle COVID-19 patients? 2. What are the sanctions for hospitals that do not provide K3 for health workers exposed to COVID-19? This research uses normative juridical research, and uses the Conceptual approach (Conceptual approach), Legislation Approach or (Statue Approach), The sources of legal materials used in this study are primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources, the above research approach uses techniques of collecting legal materials with literature studies and internet sites. The conclusion of this study is that the form of legal protection provided by the government to health workers who are facing COVID-19 can be in the form of providing PPE, incentives, telemedicine, etc. as well as sanctions for hospitals that do not provide K3 (occupational health and safety) for health workers at home. sick.Keywords : Legal Protection, Health Workers, Pandemic Covid-19ABSTRAKPenelitian dengan topic diatas mengangkat Rumusan Masalah sebagai berikut : 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis normative , dan menggunakan metode Pendekatan Konseptual (Conceptual approach), Pendekatan Perundang-undangan atau (Statue Approach), Sumber bahan hokum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber bahan hokum primer, sekunder dan tersier, pendekatan penelitian diatas menggunakan teknik pengumpulan bahan hokum dengan studi pustaka dan situs internet. Kesimpulan Penelitian ini yaitu Bentuk Perlindungan Hukum yang diberikan pemerintah kepada tenaga kesehatan yang sedang menghadapi covid-19 dapat berupa pemberian APD, Insentif, Telemedicine, dll serta adanya sanksi bagi rumah sakit yang tidak menyediakan K3 (kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja) bagi tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit.Kata kunci : Perlindungan Hukum, Tenaga Kesehatan, Pandemi Covid-19. ]]>
