Abstract

Abstrak Kekuatan alat bukti informasi dan transaksi elektronik dalam pembuktian tindak pidana korupsi mempunyai kekuatan hukum dalam mengungkap kasus tindak pidana khususnya tindak pidana korupsi. Alat bukti informasi dan transaksi elektronik merupakan alat bukti yang sah sebagai perluasan makna dari alat bukti petunjuk pada tindak pidana korupsi. Menurut putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor register 20/PUU-XIV/2016 alat bukti informasi dan transaksi elektronik yang berupa penyadapan atau rekaman sah apabila cara memperolehnya berdasarkan permintaan dari kepolisian, kejaksaan, dan aparat penegak hukum.Kata kunci: bukti, informasi, elektronik, korupsi Abstract The strength of evidence of information and electronic transactions in the proof of criminal acts of corruption has the power of law in uncovering criminal cases, especially corruption. Proof of information and electronic transactions are legitimate evidence as an extension of the meaning of evidence in corruption. According to the decision of the Constitutional Court Number register 20 / PUU-XIV / 2016, evidence of information and electronic transactions in the form of eavesdropping or legitimate records if the method is obtained at the request of the police, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers.Keywords: evidence, information, electronics, corruption
