Abstract

AbstrakPelanggaran yang ditemukan oleh Bawaslu dalam pemilihan kepala daerah antara lain adalah pelanggaran money politikdan daftar pemilih tetap ganda. Pelanggaran tersebut telah diselesaikan ditahap pengadilan Mahkamah Konstitusi, menurut undang undang penyelesaian perkara tersebut sudah sesuai denga ketentuan dan prosedur penyelesain perkara tersebut. Untuk penerapan pasal 73 Undang–Undang Nomor 10 tahun 2016 tidak cukup efektif, karena setiap pasangan calon melakukan tindakan money politik, dan masyarakatpun mengaggap pemberian uang tersebut adalah sebagai uang transportasi menuju ke TPS.Kata kunci: efektifitas, aplikasi, demokrasi AbstractThe violations found by the Election Supervisory Body in the regional head elections included money politics violations and multiple permanent voter lists. The violation was settled in the court stage of the Constitutional Court, according to the law the settlement of the case was in accordance with the provisions and procedures for resolving the case. The application of article 73 of law number 10 of 2016 is not effective enough, because each candidate pair commits money politics, and the public agrees that the money is given as transportation money to the polling station. Keywords: effectiveness, application, democracy.
