<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the mechanism of limited liability companies conducting Mergers, Consolidations and Acquisitions based on Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies and the consequences arising from companies conducting Mergers, Consolidations and Acquisitions on the status of the company. This research is a normative juridical research of Limited Liability Companies that carry out Mergers, Consolidations and Acquisitions must pass through several stages, namely, the planning stage, the GMS approval stage, the implementation stage, the licensing stage to the relevant agencies, and the announcement results stage. Meanwhile, the consequence of a Limited Liability Company conducting a Merger, Consolidation and Acquisition on the status of the company is that it ends by law from the date the merger and consolidation takes effect. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif Perseroan Terbatas yang melakukan Merger, Konsolidasi dan Akuisisi harus melewati beberapa tahap yakni, tahap perencanaan, tahap persetujuan RUPS, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap perizinan kepada instansi terkait, dan tahapan hasil pengumuman. Sedangkan akibat dari Perseroan Terbatas yang melakukan Merger, Konsolidasi dan Akuisisi terhadap status perseroan ialah berakhir karena hukum sejak tanggal penggabungan dan peleburan mulai berlaku.
