<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe problem raised is the implementation of the simple principle and the principle of openness in the process of registering land rights through the Complete Systematic Arrow Registration Program implemented by the National Land Agency of Mojokerto Regency. the discussion is about the implementation of the simple principle and openness in the implementation of the PTSL program, what obstacles occur in implementing the simple principle and openness, as well as what are the efforts to handle it. This research is an empirical juridical research. The result of this research is that in its implementation the implementation of the simple principle and the principle of openness in the process of registering land rights through the PTSL program has been implemented by the Land Agency of Mojokerto Regency. In implementing this principle, of course, there are obstacles that hinder it and there are already ways or efforts to handle it.Key words: simple principle and the principle of openness, Complete Systematic Land Registration Program ABSTRAK Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah implementasi asas sederhana dan asas keterbukaan dalam proses pendaftaran hak atas tanah melalui program pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap yang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Mojokerto. Pembahasannya tentang impelemtasi asas sederhana dan keterbukaan dalam pelaksanaan program PTSL, kendala apasaja yang terjadi dalam mengimplementasikan asas sederhana dan keterbukaan, juga apa saja upayanya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis empiris. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam pelaksanaannya implementasi asas sederhana dan asas keterbukaan dalam proses pendaftaran hak atas tanah melalui program PTSL sudah diimplementasikan oleh Badan Pertanahan Kabupaten Mojokerto.
