<![CDATA[ABSTRACT the author lifted the sanctions theme about dangerous cosmetics that had not been registered at BPOM and circulated on social media by revealing from the side of the crackdown. In this case, trying to see a lot of dangerous online cosmetic sellers, but the registers on the packaging aren't officially registered at the National Food and Drug Agency / BPOM. In this thesis, the author used normatif yuridis approach using statuapproaches (statue approach). The material obtained is then described with the purpose of explaining, classifying, and sharpening. The type of research used in writing this study is qualitative, a study method that refers to the legal norms found in legislation. According to the above research methods, the authors have found the answer to the question, that the perpetrators of the sale of malicious cosmetics on social media were caught in article 196 in 2009 of the health act and are exposed to the 28 verses (1) the act on consumer losses in online transactions. Keywords: circulation, hazardous cosmetics, sanctions.ABSTRAK Dalam kasus ini mencoba untuk melihat banyaknya penjual kosmetik online yang berbahaya, akan tetapi nomor register yang terdapat di kemasan kosmetik tersebut tidak terdaftar secara resmi di BPOM. Dalam skripsi ini penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis Normatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan (Statue Approach). Bahan-bahan yang diperoleh kemudian di uraikan dengan tujuan menjelaskan, menggolongkan, menajamkan. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai dalam penulisan terhadap penelitian ini adalah bersifat Normatif, yakni metode penelitian yang mengacu pada norma-norma hukum yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Dari hasil penelitian dengan metode penelitian diatas, penulis mendapatkan jawaban atas permasalahan yang ada bahwa pelaku usaha yang mengedarkan kosmetik berbahaya dimedia sosial terjerat pada Pasal 196 Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 Undang-Undang Kesehatan dan juga terkena Pasal 28 ayat (1) UU ITE tentang kerugian konsumen di dalam Transaksi Online.Kata Kunci: Peredaran, Kosmetik Berbahaya, Sanksi]]>
