Abstract

AbstrakPeran penyidik dalam menangani kasus tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh orang dewasa dan anak tentunya berbeda, terdapat Undang-Undang khusus yang mengatur peradilan bagi anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum, yakni Undang-Undang No.11 Tahun 2012 Tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Dalam jurnal ini akan memfokuskan pada pembahasan peran penyidik kepolisian dalam menangani tindak pidana narkotika yang dilakukan oleh anak, selain itu juga akan membahas upaya hukum dan perlindungan hukum pidana bagi anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum menurut Undang-Undang No.11 Tahun 2012 Tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak.Kata kunci: peradilan anak, anakAbstract The role of an investigator in the handing of crimes committed by adults and childern is cleary different, there is a special statute thet governs justice for the child facing the law, namely, statute 11 of 2012, of the child’s criminal justice system. In this journal, it will focus on the conduct of the police department’s role in dealing with the crimes committed by childern, otherwise it will also discuss the law’s law and criminal protection for childern who are dealing under the law according to law number 11 in 2012 about the criminal justice system.Keywords: criminal justice child, child
