Abstract

Cocoa is one of the plantation commodities of the Indonesian economy. In the cultivation of cocoa plants there are several things that must be considered, especially the use of the right seeds. (Darmoseputro, 1976). This study was conducted to determine how the growth of cacao seedlings affects the effect of different fruit positions on the plant and seed drying. This study used a two-factor Randomized Block Design (RAK) with treatment as a group consisting of 6 treatments, namely cropping patterns (B1P1, B1P2, B2P1, B2P2, B3P1, B3P2). The results showed that growth in the B1P1 treatment showed the highest value on the plant height parameter, while in the B1P1 and B2P2 treatments the highest value on the fresh weight of the root and the dry weight of the roots, while the parameters of germination percentage, number of leaves, leaf area, root dry weight and root dry weight. There was no significant effect on root dryness due to high rainfall which hampered the formation and growth of cacao seedlings.

Abstract

Manajemen dan organisasi bukan tujuan, tetapi hanya alat untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan, karena tujuan yang ingin dicapai itu adalah pelayanan dan atau laba (profit). Walaupun menajemen dan organisasi hanya perupakan ”alat dan wadah” saja tetapi harus diatur dengan sebaik-baiknya. Organisasi adalah sebuah unit sosial yang dikoordinasikan secara sadar yang terdiri atas dua orang atau lebih dan berfungsi dalam suatu dasar yang relatif terus-menerus guna mencapai suatu tujuan bersama (Robbins: 2008). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM), Celebrity Endorsement, and Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention toward Lozy products on TikTok Shop. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 145 respondents residing in Purwokerto who actively use TikTok Shop. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis with the assistance of SPSS, as well as Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS. The results indicate that Social Media Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM), and Brand Awareness have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, while Celebrity Endorsement does not have a effect on Purchase Intention. These findings suggest that effective digital marketing strategies, positive consumer reviews, and a high level of Brand Awareness play an important role in encouraging Muslimah consumers’ Purchase Intention toward Fashion products on the TikTok Shop platform.
