Abstract

Hyperactivity is an abnormal behavior disorder caused by nervous dysfunction with the main symptoms of not being able to concentrate attention. Hyperactivity is often called Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), where sufferers have the potential to have problems communicating, especially pragmatically. This study aims to describe the language development of hyperactive children. Research is a type of normative or literature research. Data collection through literature review is related to research focus, literature review, and theory. The results showed that pragmatic language development contains 3 (three) things that need to be studied as an initial identification effort and 7 (seven) practical communication factors. Initial identification is required as a means of strengthening observation results. At the same time, introducing pragmatic language is needed to minimize the limitations of communication patterns of people with ADHD.   ABSTRAK Hiperaktif pada dasarnya merupakan gangguan tingkah laku yang tidak normal yang disebabkan disfungsi saraf dengan gejala utama tidak mampu memusatkan perhatian. Hiperaktif sering disebut Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), dimana penderitanya berpotensi mempunyai kendala dalam berkomunikasi, khususnya secara pragmatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan bahasa untuk anak hiperaktif. Penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian normatif atau kepustakaan. Pengumpulan data melalui kajian pustaka terkait dengan fokus penelitian, berupa kajian pustaka, dan teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan bahasa pragmatik memuat ada 3 (tiga) hal yang perlu dikaji sebagai upaya identiikasi awal, dan 7 (tujuh) faktor komunikasi pragmatik. Identifikasi awal diperlukan sebagai sarana penguatan hasil observasi, sedangkan pengenalan terhadap bahasa pragmatik diperlukan sebagai upaya meminimalisir keterbatasan pola komunikasi penderita ADHD.

Abstract

Pragmatics is a branch of linguistics that examines meaning in an externally meaningful way. A speech act is an utterance made by the following speakers’ notices, orders or regrets, congratulations, and words that always involve action or intent. This research is qualitative that identified the types of illocutionary acts and perlocutionary acts from The Freedom Writers. The data was then analyzed and categorized based on speech acts classification. The objective of this research is to know the type of Illocutionary act and Perlocutionary Act found in The Freedom Writers by Richards Lagravenese. The research findings of this study are; First, the writer found 139 kinds of illocutionary acts in The Freedom Writers, and out of them, there are 47 types of representative consists of stating, informing, suggesting, complaining, and claiming; 39 types of directive consists of ordering, commanding and requesting; 21 types of expressive consists of thanking, congratulating, blaming and praising; 19 types of commissive consists of promising and offering; and 13 types of declarative only consists of naming. Second, there are only 55 data on perlocutionary acts found in The Freedom Writers by Richards Lagravenese.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that business actors in buying and selling online often provide unclear information. This research is a library research on consumer legal protection in online buying and selling according to Law No. 8 of 1999 and consumer protection in online buying and selling according to the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law and comparison of consumer protection in online buying and selling according to UUPK and KHES. The results showed that, Legal protection of consumers in online buying and selling according to Law No. 8 of 1999 is not fully realized, because many consumer rights are violated by online business actors. Violated consumer rights are contained in GCPL Article 4, Article 7, Article 8, Article 17, Article 19. The legal protection of consumers in online buying and selling based on the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law is the provision of protection in the form of khiyar rights (cancel or continue the sale and purchase contract). The similarity of consumer legal protection in online buying and selling according to GCPL and KHES is that they must provide correct, clear, and honest information about the conditions and guarantees of goods and / or services. While the difference in consumer protection in online buying and selling according to GCPL and KHES is that according to GCPL, administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions are imposed; in KHES, consumers are given the right to khiyar (cancel or continue the contract) in online buying and selling.
