Abstract

The research objectives are to describe:(1)The application of "PETRUK" in culture-based extracurricular activities as an effort to internalize the values ​​of local wisdom.(2)Supporting factors for the application of "PETRUK" in culture-based extracurricular activities as an effort to internalize the values ​​of local wisdom.(3)Factors inhibiting the application of "PETRUK" in culture-based extracurricular activities as an effort to internalize the values ​​of local wisdom. The research approach uses qualitative with descriptive type. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Banguntapan Bantul. Determination of research subjects is done by purposive method. Data collection is done by field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques, then data analysis using the interactive data analysis model of Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The results of research at SMP Negeri 3 Banguntapan Bantul show (1)Internalization of local wisdom values ​​using the application of "PETRUK" (a)the letter P means modeling, (b)the letter E means empowering, (c)the letter T means teaching, (d)the letter R means reinforcing,(e)the letter U means unique, (f)the letter K means comprehensive. The values ​​of local wisdom internalized in karawitan extracurricular activities are 15 values, batik 10 values, dance 12 values ​​which are guided by DIY PERGUB No. 68 of 2012. (2)Among the inhibiting factors are students' lack of awareness in joining extracurricular activities and students accustomed to modern culture. (3) Supporting factors include, getting support from parents, government and society.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan strategi sekolah layanan inklusi dalam mengatasi bullying pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus, (2) menganalisis hambatan-hambatan yang dialami sekolah layanan inklusi dalam mengatasi bullying pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus (case study). Lokasi penelitian di SDN Klampis Ngasem 1 Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam menetapkan informan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi sekolah layanan inklusi dalam mengatasi bullying pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus yakni: (1) mengetahui akar permasalahan terjadinya bullying, (2) memberikan hukuman (punishement), (3) memberikan himbauan kepada orang tua dan siswa reguler, (4) memberikan beberapa layanan dari psikolog kepada siswa korban bullying dan pelaku bullying. (5) memberikan penghargaan (rewarding). Hambatan dalam mengatasi bullying yakni: (1) perilaku siswa berkebutuhan khusus yang kurang sesuai dengan lingkungan, (2) siswa berkebutuhan khusus kurang mampu dalam menyampaikan apa yang sudah dialaminya. Kata Kunci: Strategi sekolah layanan inklusi, bullying, siswa berkebutuhan khusus Abstract The purpose of this research: (1) describe the strategy of inclusion servicer in addressing school bullying on students with special needs, (2) analyze the barriers that prevent the school inclusion services in dealing with bullying on students with special needs.This research uses a qualitative approach with case study method (case study). This research in SDN Klampis Ngasem 1 Surabaya. In establishing the informants using snowball sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the techniques of data collection, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and the validity of the data. The results showed that the strategy of service school inclusion in dealing with bullying on students with special needs, namely: (1) determine the root causes of bullying, (2) provides for punishment, (3) provide an appeal to parents and regular students, (4) provide some services of psychologists to students being bullied and bullying. (5) rewarding. Obstacles to overcome bullying namely: (1) behavior of students with special needs that were not appropriate to the environment, (2) students with special needs are less able to convey what had happened.
