Abstract

The trend of online trading through mobile devices that is rife is certainly a profitable business opportunity for business people to strengthen and maintain them by providing various conveniences, one of which is by providing mobile trading applications. In this study, the design and development of mobile-based applications and testing using the black box method were carried out. This method is implemented into an android-based e-commerce application at PT Marawis Almadinah Raya. The data collection uses observation and interviews. Then the data is implemented to be applied to mobile applications. The implementation of this mobile-based application is designed using the Kotlin programming language with supporting applications for Android Studio version 4.1.2. This e-commerce can make it easier for customers/buyers to order goods from PT Marawis Almadinah Raya anywhere via a smartphone which has become a lifestyle owadays.
