Abstract

The process that has been carried out in providing chicken feed for livestock is by providing ready-to-use or ready-to-use feed. Prepared feed on the market of course has a relatively more expensive price, compared to raw feed which must be processed first. Milled corn on the market has a relatively more expensive price, compared to corn ore. Ways that can be done to overcome the problems above, namely by implementing or applying technology (machine) in the feed processing process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan, keputusan investasi, dan struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Perusahaan dipacu untuk memiliki keunggulan dibanding para pesaingnya. Dalam melakukan kegiatan usahanya, keuntungan merupakan tujuan utama yang harus dicapai setiap perusahaan, dengan adanya keuntungan tersebut maka modal dan aset perusahaan akan bertambah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan sector property, konstruksi dan real estate yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2007-2017. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi berganda, hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahan keputusan investasi, dan struktur modal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Pertumbuhan perusahaan yang diukur oleh pertumbuhan penjualan perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan-perusahaan sektor property, real estate dan konstruksi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2007-2017.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the skills of students at SMP Negeri 10 Cimahi in using Microsoft Word for academic writing purposes. According to reports from the school, many students face difficulties in understanding the functions and usage of word processing software, particularly in composing scientific papers. The activity was conducted over three days through hands-on practical sessions in the school’s computer laboratory, utilizing pre-prepared academic writing templates. The results showed significant improvement in students' technical abilities, although several challenges were encountered, such as lack of basic knowledge about computer hardware and the use of outdated versions of Microsoft Word. The program not only enhanced students' practical skills but also fostered their interest in technology and boosted their confidence in completing academic assignments. It is hoped that similar programs can be implemented more widely to support technology-based learning at the basic education level.
