Abstract

This article aims to find out the right marketing strategy for the Waste Bank. The Indah Pemadani waste bank is located in Nambak Village, Bungkal District, Ponorogo Regency which was established in early 2020. The establishment of this Waste Bank was motivated by the large amount of waste that had piled up in Nambak Village. With the Indah Permadani Waste Bank, waste is managed into various products including tissue containers and bags made from aqua bottle waste. However, in the management of the Indah Permadani Waste Bank, there are obstacles in the field of product marketing. Where the products produced are only sold at bazaars and certain events such as “the Krempyeng market”. This article uses an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach that prioritizes the utilization of assets and potentials that are around and owned by the community. One of the results of this article is an increase in the marketing of waste bank products through digital marketing which is useful and of course able to develop community skills in product management.

Abstract

This study aims to describe character education in the digitalization of education. Another objective of this research is to formulate character education activities that are suitable to be integrated into the implementation of blended learning and distance learning. The research method used is library research (Library Research). The data collection technique applied in this discussion is to study books, research journals, literature, and other documents deemed relevant to the research problem. The findings in the data collection process are documented for later analysis and presented descriptively. The results of this study are; 1) a study on character education, 2) a study on the application of digitalization of education, and 3) a description of the implementation of character education in the application of digitalization of education.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of service quality in creating customer satisfaction and loyalty in the education sector. The article highlights the Total Quality Service (TQS) concept, which emphasizes the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery. The article also discusses the four characteristics of non-profit service institutions, including intangibility, inseparability, variability, and perishability. The article emphasizes the importance of identifying customer needs and understanding their characteristics to provide satisfactory services. The article also discusses the impact of customer satisfaction and loyalty on the sustainability of educational institutions. The research method used in this article is library research, which involves analyzing and synthesizing existing literature on the topic. The article concludes that providing high-quality services is essential to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty, which in turn contributes to the reputation, competitiveness, and financial stability of educational institutions.

Abstract

The urgency of conflict management in a multicultural educational environment and the diverse backgrounds of students in Islamic schools is increasing. Islamic values have great potential in offering effective and peaceful conflict management solutions. This study aims to identify relevant Islamic values and analyze their application in conflict management in a multicultural educational environment. This study uses a literature review method by researching various literature related to Islamic values, conflict management, and multicultural education. Data is obtained from various sources such as books, journals, articles, and other related documents. Data analysis was carried out thematically to identify the main themes regarding Islamic values in conflict management and conflict management models or frameworks based on Islamic values. The results of the study are expected to show that values such as justice, patience, tolerance, and peace are important components that can be applied in conflict management in a multicultural educational environment. Challenges in implementing these values include limitations in understanding and training for educators and cultural resistance. These findings are also expected to make theoretical and practical contributions to Islamic education management and provide guidance for education practitioners to manage conflicts more effectively and inclusively.
