Abstract

Abstrak : Manajemen aset daerah penting dalam mewujudkan laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Optimalisasi Manajemen Aset Daerah terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah. Metode penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelatif. Populasi adalah Pengelola Barang dan Kepala Sub Bagian Perlengkapan di 52 Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah dengan sampel sebanyak 104 orangresponden ditetapkan secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan telaah dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, analisis regresi, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan optimalisasi manajemen aset daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan Pemerintah Daerah. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai regresi yang menunjukkan angka positif sebesar 0,293 dan nilai signifikansi0,000<0,05. Untuk itu, sebaiknya Pemerintah Kota Makassar serius menindaklanjuti semua rekomendasi BPK dalam Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan BPK terutama mengenai permasalahan manajemen aset tetap.Kata kunci : Optimalisasi manajemen aset, Kualitas laporan keuangan, Pemerintah daerah. Abstract : Regional Owned-Asset Management is significantly important in creating a good local government financial report. Therefore, the objective of the study is to understand the influence of optimization of Regional Owned-Asset Management toward the quality of financial report. The study applies a quantitative method with a correlative study. The populations of the study are Asset Administrators and the Head of Equipment SubDivision in 52 Local Government agencies consists of 104 respondents assigned in purposive sampling. The data is gathered by distributing questionnaires and research papers. The data is analyzed by taking normality test, regression analysis, and hypothesis test with SPSS. The result of the study shows that the optimization of Regional Owned-Asset Management positively influenced the quality of financial report of the Makassar Municipality significantly. This can be seen from the value of regression that shows a positive value as 0.293 and significant value as 0.000<0.05. Therefore, The Makassar Municipality should seriously follow-up the recommendations of BPK (Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia) in BPK’s Audit Reports, particularly regarding Asset Management problems.Keywords : Asset management optimization, Financial report quality, Local government

Abstract

Digital transformation has reshaped promotional practices in service industries, including dental healthcare services. The Gallery’s Dental Clinic in Makassar faces challenges related to low patient visits and limited digital exposure due to the absence of a structured promotional strategy. This study aims to optimize service promotion through the development of promotional videos based on the Flower of Service model, which integrates core services with supplementary service elements to enhance customer experience. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving clinic owners, staff, patients, and non-patients. The findings indicate that promotional videos distributed via Instagram increased digital engagement, strengthened public perceptions of service quality, and attracted new patients. These results demonstrate that integrating the Flower of Service model into video-based promotional content is an effective strategy for improving service visibility and customer interest in dental clinics. The study recommends the consistent development of informative and service-oriented digital content to sustain audience engagement and support long-term service promotion

Abstract

Evaluation is an important aspect of leadership training management since the result of evaluation can be used as inputs for future improvement. However, the current practices of training evaluation are dominated by in-training evaluation to measure the participants’ reaction and learning. Training institutions are still reluctant to conduct post training evaluation to find out the performance of the alumni as the impact and benefit of leadership training. This article attemtps to describe the result of post leadership training evaluation, focusing on describing the alumni career and performance using online information system. From the operational point of view, this study found out that using information system is really helpful in managing evaluation data faster and more acurately. The findings of this study indicate that the majority of the respondents admitted their performances have improved after the training as indicated by the continuation of their innovation projects. Key Words: Leadership Training, Evaluating Training Impact, Information System AbstrakEvaluasi adalah tahapan penting dalam manajemen pelatihan kepemimpinan karena hasil evaluasi dapat menjadi input berharga untuk proses perbaikan. Namun, praktek evaluasi pelatihan yang saat ini dilakukan masih terbatas pada evaluasi saat pelatihan untuk menilai reaksi dan pencapaian kompetensi peserta. Lembaga pelatihan masih jarang melaksanakan evaluasi pascapelatihan untuk menilai kinerja alumni pelatihankepemimpinan. Tulisan ini mencoba memaparkan hasil evaluasi pascapelatihan kepemimpinan dengan fokus kepada karir dan kinerja para alumni dengan menggunakan bantuan teknologi informasi dalam jaringan (daring). Dari sisi proses pelaksanaan evaluasi, data menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi daring dapat dengan cepat dan akurat menghasilkan informasi tentang karir, keberlanjutan proyek perubahan, dan peningkatan kinerja individu para alumni. Sedangkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden evaluasi menyatakan mereka mengalami peningkatan kinerja pascapelatihan yang ditunjukkan dengan keberlanjutan proyek perubahan / inovasi di organisasinya.
