Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of service quality and environment kamtibmas towards community satisfaction. (2) The influence of service quality on community satisfaction (3) The influence of kamtibmas environment to the satisfaction of society in Kecamatan Landono. The design of this research is causality research. The object of this study is the quality of service, kamtibmas environment and community satisfaction. Population in this research people of Landono District counted 98 people. Determination of sample was done by slovin formula and sampling method using proportional random sampling. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study conclude that: (1). Quality of service and environment kamtibmas positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of the community. It can be interpreted that the better the quality of service done by security apparatus and environment, the higher the society satisfaction will be (2). Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction. It can be interpreted that the better the quality of service performed by the apparatus, the higher the public satisfaction will be. (3). Our kamtibmas environment has a positive and significant impact on people's satisfaction.
