Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan - Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membantu bisnis dRyshirt dalam meningkatkan penjualan produknya dan meningkatkan kesadaran merek "dRyshirt" di benak masyarakat, terutama untuk sekitar kota Bandung. Metodologi / pendekatan - Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengambil data survei langsung, wawancara dan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 400 responden di Bandung. Hasil - Hasil penelitian ini, ada dua masalah yang terjadi pada dRyshirt. Pertama, kurangnya kesadaran merek dengan konsumen dan menurunnya jumlah pembeli yang disebabkan oleh kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan dRyshirt kurang menarik. Disimpulkan bahwa dRyshirt perlu meningkatkan cara promosi dan komunikasi yang baik kepada konsumen. Batasan Penelitian - Dalam penelitian ini telah ditetapkan keterbatasan dalam melakukan penelitian. Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan untuk wilayah kota Bandung, maka hanya fokus pada brand awareness dRyshirt, dan penelitian ini ditargetkan untuk pria berusia 20 tahun ke atas yang gemar berbelanja online. Kata kunci: Kesadaran Merek, Strategi Komunikasi, Industri Fashion, Strategi Pemasaran.

Abstract

The quality of service provided by each Bank becomes a differentiator and becomes a consideration for customers to be loyal to the Bank. With increasing competition in the service and manufacturing sectors, the strategic focus has shifted to determining retention strategies for customers. The speed of handling complaints is measured by SLA (Services Level Agreement), where each bank is required to settle customer complaints a maximum of 20 working days. For this reason, the company has a great responsibility to be able to handle customer complaints following the established SLA (Services Level Agreement). Risk of reputation and even financial risk can arise if customer complaints are not handled quickly and accurately. The research method uses PDCA (plan, do check, action) to know how the business process can be a continuous improvement. This research will show what the effect of complaint handling is too late with the root causes method. To give feedback from the problem this research uses decision-making tools as Analytic Hierarchy Process.

Abstract

The Rastra Rice Program is one of the programs planned by the government to reduce the burden on target households (RTS – Rumah Tangga Sasaran). This program provides relief to the community by distributing Rastra Rice which is suitable for consumption. BULOG become one of the state-owned institutions appointed by the government to provide and distribute subsidized rice for low-income groups, the provision prioritizes the procurement of rice/rice from farmers in the country. The main objective of this research is to find a better distribution strategy so that the distribution process of Rastra rice is efficient, minimizes delays from delivery times, and minimizes the risk of storage costs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods using observation techniques and literature studies, while the method in determining the distribution strategy using agent-based modeling and simulation. Agent-based Model (ABM) based simulation method for Rastra rice distribution using the Multi-Agent Simulation (MASIM) stage, namely, the requirements stage, the modeling stage, the design, and architectural stage, the implementation stage, the verification stage, validation, and accreditation.

Abstract

TikTok has played a significant role in the development of social media today. Where the role of TikTok has almost influenced all forms of perception for the audience. MSMEs, especially in food and beverage products. TikTok can be an appropriate promotional medium to introduce a strong brand position. This role becomes very important when there is a review or review from the Content Creator. For this reason, this study will examine how big the influence of TikTok Content Creator in introducing MSME food and beverage products. Using a quantitative method approach using a questionnaire instrument distributed through google form to find out the impact of TikTok Content Creator on product identification of F&B MSMEs. This approach is used to determine the condition of a phenomenon being discussed with the data analysis design.

Abstract

Mitra disini merupakan pelaku usaha UMKM yang bergerak dibidang kicimpring. Lokasi usaha terdapat di tempat tinggal mitra itu sendiri yang terletak di RW.10 Desa Pagerwangi. Produk yang dibuat bisa dibilang masih sederhana dan belum mengikuti perubahan zaman. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah terkendala dibidang peralatan yang dari kuantitas belum terpenuhi dan beberapa tidak layak untuk dipakai, dari bidang pemasaran, mitra hanya mengandalkan penjualan dengan berkeliling atau memasarkannya di satu pasar. Dibidang kemasan, mitra kurang memperhatikan pentingnya pengemasan yang baik dan menarik dan beberapa mitra belum memiliki labelnya sendiri, serta dari pemasukan dan pengeluaran pun transaksinya tidak selalu dicatat dengan baik. Solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu berupa beberapa program yang dirancang oleh tim. Tujuan dari adanya kegiatan program tersebut adalah untuk membantu mitra dalam segala aspek untuk meningkatkan UMKM kicimpring yang khas pada masyarakat tersebut.
