Abstract

Pada saat ini, waduk Rowo Jombor mempunyai permasalahan lingkungan terutama terkait dengan penurunan kualitas air dan sedimentasi. Permasalahan lainnya yaitu banyak pedagang kaki lima di sekeliling waduk, pembukaan lahan untuk parkir pada sepanjang jalan menimbulkan kesan semrawut dan kumuh pada sekitar waduk. Dalam rangka mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan revitalisasi agar lingkungan sekitar waduk menjadi tertata sehingga meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan, keindahan, kenyamanan serta peningkatan pendapatan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui valuasi jasa ekositem melalui metode CVM dan juga mengetahui kelayakan proyek revitalisasi di kawasan Waduk Rowo Jombor. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode survey untuk mengetahui tingkat persepsi masyarakat akan rencana revitalisasi waduk Rowo Jombor. Dalam menganalisis data mengunakan metode Contingensi Valuation Method (CVM) berdasarkan data willingness to pay (WTP) dari hasil survey. Selanjutnya nilai CVM digunakan untuk mengatahui tingkat kelayakan proyek yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai CVM sebesar 313.278.641,78. Nilai tersebut digunakan sebagai manfaat dalam perhitungan kelayakan finansial dengan metode CBA, sehingga diperoleh nilai NPV sebesar Rp. 581.025.704,65  dan BCR sebesar 1,08. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan CBA menunjukkan bahwa rencana Waduk Rowo Jombor layak dilakukan dengan retribusi hasil survey sebesar Rp.2.700,-.

Abstract

The Application of smart cities to regency area has not been widely implemented or is a newplanning application. Concept that implemented to region of indonesia will give different result andeffect specifically to regency area that have different characteristic from another region. Variouschange that caused from the start of application in 2018 until present brought impact to society,regional and government. Case study of the application of smart city concept is process will lookdirectly at practice of smart city development with execution of the programs. The used method in theresearch is interview, observation, and data collection. The result will relate to the stage and processof growth, influence of factor, and the finding of changes that important in the development or willrelates to progress of direction and focus of implementation throughout the practice of smart cityprograms. Factors that important cannot be separated from the growth of smart city development.Various change will be happened to Kulon Progo Regency as one of the regions that encouragesapplication of smart city to brought benefit widely for government and society. The representation ofthe result is findings of revelation to the goal and the existing of development.

Abstract

Economy is one of the indicators that signifies the development of a district/city. Regional economic analysis at the district/city level in NTT province differs in terms of planning and administrative scope. Income becomes the focus of research, and the results will serve as a guide for strategic development. The society remains a focus in developing a market that can contribute to their income. The methods used are quantitative and qualitative, with specific analysis results and findings that help identify the factors influencing market development. Various changes in the analysis findings can serve as measures of economic growth. Economic development in the NTT region does not only on the districts/cities within it. But also show interest to national economic development. Therefore, the expected analysis results are not limited to the provincial scope but are relevant to national data. Through cluster analysis, location quotient, and multiplier effect on 22 regencies/cities, we will examine groups, economic bases, and potential for economic development. The results of the regional economic analysis that influences the direction of economic development in districts/cities in East Nusa Tenggara will help provide an overview related to economic planning. Emphasis on enhancing economic growth for the economy and its potential sectors at the district/city level as well as in broader regions is needed through the roles of various stakeholders.
