Abstract

Analysis of the influence of Distance film focus (FFD) on general purpose X-ray on variations of 80 cm, 100 cm and 120 cm FFD using Allignment Beam with a height of 15 cm and collimator test tool as the object of research at the Radiology Installation of Amanda Brastagi General Hospital. The aim is to determine and analyze the accuracy of the center point of the X-ray beam and the density of radiographic films. To diagnose, X-ray diagnostics of this unit must be precise and accurate in determining the location or place of interference in the human body. So we need to test the accuracy of the center point of the X-ray beam, so that the output of the X-ray beam from X-ray tube to the patient is still in parallel and there is no shift in angle or distance on the X-ray tube.After research and analysis, angular deviations are produced which are still within the predetermined tolerance limit of 3my.

Abstract

The analysis of the mA factor has been carried out on the X-Ray General aircraft brand Allengers type 325 which was carried out in the radiology laboratory of the Sari Mutiara Indonesia University. The problem is finding the mA accuracy by making a factor of 50 mA, 100 mA, 150 mA, 200 mA. The aim is to determine and analyze the level of accuracy of x-ray accuracy and film density.The research method used is quantitative research methods through measurement and data collection directly on the X-Ray General Allenger brand type 325, the results of the data obtained were analyzed descriptively using tables and graphs.Current accuracy (mA) measurements were carried out four times using variations of ma, including 50 mA, 100 mA, 150 mA, 200 mA, and using a voltage of 50 kV and a time of 0.25 S, and using FFD with a height of 100 cm. Good measurement results are using a capacity of 50 kV, 100 mA, 0.25 S on the X-Ray General aircraft brand Allengers type 325 which is in the radiology laboratory of Sari Mutiara Indonesia University. Abstract

The Problems About KV Selector Control Analysis on X-Ray Medonica Brands are to find out how the influence of KV on X-Ray planes on Image Quality in KV measurements varies at 50KV, 60KV, and 70KV with 100 mA, and 0.20 s (20 mAs), on FFD 100 cm to the same object that was done in the Radiology Room of the Medan Adventist Hospital.Writing this scientific paper using qualitative descriptive research methods by measuring, collecting data directly on the Medonica brand X-ray machine and comparing the results of good photo films to diagnose patients.Exposure is carried out using a focal height to film (FFD) of 100 cm, 100 mA, 0.20 s. By using a KV variation, the field area is adjusted to the collimator lamp as a good indicator of the irradiation field.From the results that will be obtained later will be obtained a comparison between the 3 (three) CV parameters tested and will get good imaging results and will then be continued in the diagnosis of patients.
