Abstract

Masalah utama dalam diskusi ini adalah pentingnya kontribusi Perguruan Tinggi dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan korupsi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normatif yang memanfaatkan data sekunder. Bentuk dan peran Perguruan Tinggi terhadap isu korupsi termaktub dalam materi perkuliahan dan kurikulum proses pembelajaran semua jurusan (S-1), yang dapat memasukkan nilai-nilai dan sikap antikorupsi. Gerakan antikorupsi Perguruan Tinggi diperlukan karena memiliki kekuatan sosial dan moral yang mandiri. Harapan publik terhadap penampilan dan peran Perguruan Tinggi dalam peningkatan transparansi dan pemberantasan korupsi. Kajian hasil kajian penegakan hukum dan putusan pengadilan (yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum pula) oleh Perguruan Tinggi merupakan citra tersendiri untuk membantu/memajukan kualitas penegakan hukum tindak pidana korupsi dan peningkatan mutu putusan pengadilan tindak pidana korupsi.Kata Kunci: Peran Serta, Perguruan Tinggi, Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Korupsi.ABSTRACTA major problem in this discussion is the importance of Higher Education Institution contributes to the prevention and eradication of corruption. The method used is the normative approach, which makes use of secondary data.The form and role of Higher Education Institution to corruption issues is included in the lecture material and curricula of the learning process for all majors (S-1), which can incorporate values and anti-corruption stance.The anti-corruption movement of Higher Education Institution is needed becausethey have an independent social power and moral force. Publicputs expectationson appearances and role of Higher Education Institution in the improvement of transparency and the fight against corruption. Review the results of the study of law enforcement and court rulings (which has legal force anyway) by a Higher Education Institution is a distinctive image to help / advance the quality of law enforcement of corruption and improving the quality judgment of a court of corruption. Keywords: Participation, Higher Education, Prevention and Eradication of Corruption.

Abstract

Village funds are funds used to finance governance, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment. However, it is inevitable that village funds are misused and lead to corruption. Therefore, dissemination or socialization on the use of village funds without indications of corruption is needed. This activity aims to increase the sensitivity of the village community and village officials to prevent corruption of village funds. This dissemination/socialization has motivated and raised local people's awareness of the importance of participation and supervision of the use of village funds. The principles of managing and using village funds in an orderly manner, complying with the provisions of laws and regulations, efficient, economical, effective, transparent, and responsible are the keys to preventing corruptive behavior towards village funds. The application of this principle is also an excellent means to develop a basin/village into a tourist village using a budget, which comes from village funds
