Abstract

Menciptakan kinerja pegawai dalam organisasi adalah sangat penting karena secara langsung maupun tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja pegawai dalam suatu organisasi atau instansi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 23,2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau metode sensus, maka terpilihlah 46 orang yang menjadi responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau metode sensus dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode regresi linear berganda dengan hasil  Y= 4,418 + 0,501X1 + 0,186X2 + e. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu lingkungan kerja mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan kabupaten Indragiri hilir.. R2pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 47,4 atas kinerja pegawai dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan kabupaten Indragiri hilir, sementara sisanya 52,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Salah satu desa atau jorong yang sangat produktif dengan anyamannya adalah Jorong Taratak. Ibu-ibu dan anak perempuan di Jorong Taratak sangat produktif dalam menghasilkan berbagai macam anyaman. Anyaman yang mereka tekuni dari nenek moyang ini adalah anyaman dari bahan dasarnya rumput mansiang. Rumput ini banyak tumbuh di daerah payau atau rawa rawa Jorong Taratak dan rumput ini sangat kuat sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan dasar anyaman. Terkenal dengan produknya yaitu kambuik yaitu tas bulat besar untuk tas belanja kaum ibu ibu pada zaman dahulu. Sampai sekarang pun masih dibudayakan sebagai pengganti tas kresek atau tas plastik belanja ke pasar yang ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan pkm mengusung materi tentang Strategi UMKM Dalam Mendapatkan “KUR”. Adapun objek PKM adalah pada Kelompok Anyaman Mansiang Tabuan Jaya Jorong Taratak Nagari Kubang Kec. Guguak Kab. Lima Puluh Koto Sumatera Barat. Kelompok anyaman mansiang Tabuan Jaya terdiri dari 13 orang anggota termasuk Pengurus dan 2 orang Pembina. Jadi seluruh peserta pelatihan adalah sebanyak 15 orang. Peserta diberikan pemahaman mengenai modal kerja, cara mendapatkan dana KUR untuk modal kerja, manfaat dan konsekuensi dalam memperoleh dana KUR. Dengan adanya kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang pengertian dan pemahaman mengenai modal kerja, cara mendapatkan dana KUR untuk modal kerja. Lebih jauh lagi, diharapkan kegiatan PKM ini dapat berdampak positif pada anggota Kelompok anyaman mansiang Tabuan Jaya yakni mampu mengatasi dan mencari solusi yang terbaik dalam meningkatkan produksi anyaman mansiang, penjualan meningkat dan ekonomi masyarakat menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing communication mix on the loyalty of Oppo mobile phone consumers among STIE Dharma Putra Pekanbaru students. The marketing communication mix variables consist of Advertising, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, Public Relations, and Direct and Digital Marketing. The population in this study were STIE Dharma Putra Pekanbaru students and used a judgmental sampling technique totaling 42 respondents. The results of the study showed that the variables of advertising, Sales promotion, Personal Selling, Public Relations, and Direct and digital marketing had a partial effect on Oppo Mobile Phone Consumer Loyalty and the Marketing Communication Mix Variable had a simultaneous effect on Consumer Loyalty. The results also showed that the contribution of the marketing mix influenced Oppo Mobile Phone Consumer Loyalty by 54.8%, the rest was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The demand for electric cars in Indonesia continues to increase. This is driven by increasing environmental awareness, operational cost efficiency, and government support through incentives and policies that are pro-electric vehicles. It was recorded in Pekanbaru in December 2024 that the development of electric vehicles showed a significant increasing trend, with a growth of 150 percent. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of psychological and brand factors on the purchase of electric cars in Pekanbaru partially or simultaneously. The research method used multiple linear regression through a nonprobability sampling technique of the accidental sampling type with a sample size of 47. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence of psychological factors on the decision to purchase electric cars in Pekanbaru through a t-test with a p-value of 0.021. The brand variable also showed a significant influence on the decision to purchase electric cars in Pekanbaru through a t-test with a p-value of 0.044. The results of the simultaneous test proved that the psychological and brand factor variables influenced the decision to purchase electric cars in Pekanbaru through an F test with a p-value of 0.021. There is a strong positive relationship between psychological and brand factors and purchasing decisions. The results of the study also interpret that psychological and brand factors contribute to explaining purchasing decisions by 55.3% and the remaining 45.7% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product design variables on consumer value variables, to determine the effect of product design variables on product differentiation variables and to determine the effect of product differentiation variables on consumer value variables and to determine the effect of product design on consumer value through product differentiation variables on Yamaha Nmax motorcycle consumers in Pekanbaru. As is known, the demand for Yamaha Nmax in Indonesia can be described as a successful and sustainable market phenomenon, changing the competitive landscape in the premium automatic scooter (skutik) segment with total sales reaching 3 million units in 2025. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City with a sample of 93 respondents using a purposive sampling method. The criteria for respondents who became the object of the study were Nmax motorcycle users in Pekanbaru. The research method used the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method in the form of an outer model, an inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that there is no influence of product design variables on product differentiation variables on Nmax Motorcycle consumers in Pekanbaru, seen from the p-value of 0.109 which is greater than 0.05. The results also show that there is an influence of product design on consumer value on Nmax Motorcycle consumers in Pekanbaru with p-value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. A significant influence is also shown from the Product Differentiation Variable on consumer value variables on Nmax Motorcycle consumers in Pekanbaru with p-value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. And so the product differentiation variable successfully mediates the influence of product design variables on consumer value on Nmax Motorcycle consumers in Pekanbaru with p-value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.
