Abstract

Adolescent9reproductive9health is a9healthy state involving the reproductive system, functions9and exposures during adolescence, including mental and socio-cultural health. Maintaining reproductive health during adolescence is very important, because at this time the sexual organs of adolescents are already active. Reproductive health counseling is one of the government's efforts to overcome reproductive health problems. Media that9can be used9in health education are video media and other media such as booklets. The9purpose9of this9study was9to9determine the effect of using video and booklet media on9the9level of knowledge on reproductive health in adolescents. The population were 17 students. The9sample in this9research is 120 students, 60 students counseling provided using video media and the each 60 counseling provided using are booklets. Bivariate analysis using t test. The9results of this9research9show9that the experimental group has a significant9difference between before9and after9counseling with video media (p- value 0.000 < 0.05). There9was a9significant difference9between the control group before9and9after counseling with video media (p-value 0.000 <0.05). It9can be9concluded that there is9an effect of using video media and booklets on the level of knowledge of reproductive health in adolescents. It is suggested to the masters and principals of SMK 1 Banyusari to add learning about reproductive health to students by using video and booklet media methods.

Abstract

The informants in this study were the reproductive age group of 20-35 years, the group of informants aged over 35 years, the group of informants with a duration of using 3 months of contraceptive injections under 3 years and the group of informants who had used KB injections of 3 months over 3 years and groups who had used injection 3 months. The informants in this study were 10 acceptors at PMB Cici Krismawati in 2022. The results of this study indicate that the symptoms of decreased libido that appear are more common in the group of informants aged over 3 years and the group of informants who have used more than 3 years, while the group of informants of productive age 20-45 years and the group of informants with a duration of 3 months of contraceptive injections under 3 years is rare, the stage of decreased libido that occurs is still a mild stage. The way to deal with decreased libido is that there are those who just give up, communicated with their partners, there are also couples who watch movies as a medium to bring back their libido. PMB is expected to be able to provide comprehensive information to each acceptor, including how to deal with side effects experienced by acceptors.

Abstract

According to the results of the Indonesian Nutrition Status Study (SSGI) in children aged 0-59 months out of 153,228 it was found that 7.1% of children were wasted with the highest cases being in Maluku (12.0%) and the lowest being in Bali (3). ,0 %). Meanwhile, in West Java, 5.3% of children were found. The aim of this study was to analyze the nutritional status of toddlers in Taman Rahayu Village, the working area of ​​the Setu II Health Center in Bekasi. This research is an analytic survey research using a cross sectional research design with a population of 357 people and a sample of 79 people selected using random sampling technique. Data was taken using a questionnaire which was then processed using a statistical program. The research found that most of the toddlers (75.9%) were well nourished and only 6.3% of toddlers were malnourished. Most of them received poor parenting (72.2%), had low income (77.2%), had no history of infectious diseases (94.9%) and had poor knowledge (67.1%). The results of the statistical analysis found factors related to the nutritional status of toddlers, namely upbringing (p value = 0.008), while unrelated factors were income (p value = 0.107), history of infectious diseases (p value = 0.224), and knowledge (p value = 0.089).

Abstract

The family planning service program from the BKKBN is inseparable from PLKB/PKB (Family Planning Field Extension/Family Planning Extension) which is the spearhead as an interpreter or agent of change for families and the wider community. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the behavior of family planning field workers (PLKB) in achieving new family planning participants in Karawang Regency in 2022. This study used an analytic method with a cross sectional research design.The population in the study were all Family Planning Field Officerswhich totaled 163 people. Samples taken based on statistical tests amounted to 62 people. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed, namely education with a value of P=0.032 and OR=0.50, KIE with a value of P=0.018 and OR=2.60, and motivation with a value of P=0 , 046 and OR=1.66. Of the 3 independent variables, it has been tested statistically that the effect of PLKB behavior on achieving new KB is influenced by education, KIE and PLKB motivatio.

Abstract

Every woman's menstrual cycle is not always normal, many women experience menstrual cycle disorders such as oligomenorrhea, polymenorrhea and amenorrhoea. Stress is a factor that can affect menstrual cycle disorders, such as menstrual cycle disorders in young women. To determine the relationship between stress levels and menstrual cycle disorders in young women at SMPN 2 Majalaya Karawang. This research method used an analytic survey research with a cross-sectional design. The population in the study amounted to 217 class IX teenage girls. The samples taken were 69 respondents using the proportionate stratified random sampling method. Instruments in the form of a questionnaire Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) and instruments measuring menstrual cycle disorders. Data analysis used descriptive analysis (univariate) and bivariate. The research results show that there is a relationship between stress levels and menstrual cycle disorders in young women at SMPN 2 Majalaya Karawang. It is recommended that the school provide counseling to young women about reproductive health, especially about menstruation. Then to provide space for counseling or discussion about solving problems that are being faced by young women, so that they can handle and reduce stress on young women.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Depresi postpartum merupakan masalah kesehatan mental setelah melahirkan yang berpengaruh pada perilaku ibu termasuk dalam pemberian ASI pada bayi. Data laporan Puskesmas Carita menunjukkan kasus depresi postpartum dalam tiga tahun terakhir mengalami fluktuatif yaitu tahun 2019 (25,34%) tahun 2020 (22,96%) dan tahun 2021 (29,01%). Tujuan Penulisaan: Diketahuinya hubungan depresi postpartum dengan pemberian ASI pada bayi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Carita Kabupaten Pandeglang tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah ibu postpartum sebanyak 77 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat. Penelitian: Sebagian besar responden tidak memberikan ASI pada bayinya (51,9%) dan mengalami depresi postpartum (53,2%). Ada hubungan antara depresi postpartum dengan pemberian ASI pada bayi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Carita Kabupaten Pandeglang tahun 2022, (p=0,000; OR = 7,091). Kesimpulan dan Saran: Depresi postpartum memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan pemberian ASI pada bayi. Diharapkan pada ibu saat sedang hamil agar rutin melakukan kunjungan ANC serta ikut kegiatan kelas ibu hamil agar bisa mendapatkan informasi terkait masalah kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas dari petugas kesehatan, sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko masalah kesehatan baik saat hamil, melahirkan dan paska melahirkan termasuk kejadian depresi postpartum. Kepada petugas kesehatan agar dapat melakukan skrining dini pada saat ibu melakukan kunjungan ANC dan menindaklanjuti bagi ibu nifas yang memiliki gejala depresi postpartum agar tidak meningkat menjadi depresi postpartum.Kata kunci : depresi postpartum, pemberian ASI

Abstract

Objective: ANC is a stage of examination of pregnant women carried out by professional staff which is given to mothers during pregnancy which is carried out in accordance with predetermined standards in order to achieve quality services (Siregar et al., 2023). With ANC, it can be used as a forum by health workers to convey information about health to pregnant women better and can improve the quality of life for mothers and babies who are born later. Indirectly, ANC visits will have an impact on improving the quality of health services. Methods: The type of research used in this research is analytical observational with a cross sectional approach. The research was carried out in the Baduy tribe area, Kanekes Village. The total sample was 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is the side accidental technique. The instrument in this research is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is Chi-Square analysis. Results: The results of the analysis of the relationship between customs and ANC visits in the Baduy tribal area in 2023 from 30 respondents using the chi-square statistical test showed a p-value of 0.638 > 0.05. The results of the analysis of the relationship between culture and ANC visits in the Baduy tribe area in 2023 from 30 respondents using the chi-square statistical test showed a p-value of 0.004 < 0.05 Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between customs and the regularity of ANC visits and there is a significant relationship between culture and the regularity of ANC visits
