Abstract

The assignment teacher is a santri who has fulfilled some criteria who are ready to serve, are deployed and sent to various institutions. This is a program from the Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Pamekasan Islamic boarding school. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive types. The advantages of the task teacher preparation program are: a) The use of integrated curriculum, b) the applied curriculum has the support of boarding school caretakers, c) the term M2 appears in order to coordinate prospective task teachers, d) there is a regional or block program, e) background the education of educators is arranged according to the field, f) the results of quality improvement in the form of the application and development of an existing curriculum, g) the development and improvement of quality at the Mambaul Ulum boarding school in Bata-Bata is carried out continuously and continuously. The obstacles faced by Islamic boarding schools in implementing the teacher preparation program are: a) the lack of skill and creativity of the teacher or educator in presenting the program, b) the pesantren programs are running less optimally due to minimal student interest in learning, c) programs implemented and implemented are less varied due to minimal facilities and finances.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) meruapakan upaya membekali peserta didik dengan pengetahuan, pemahaaman, dan nilai-nilai yang bersumber dari ajaran Islam. Untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal, guru diharapkan dapat mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang mendukung tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Diantara model pembelajaran tersebut adalah model inquiry discovery, yang denganya memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk merumuskan masalah, dan menemukan jawaban dari masalah yang dirumuskan. Tulisan ini bermaksud menelaan penerapan model pembelajaran inquiry discovery dalam pendidikan agama Islam (PAI), langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan guru untuk meningkatkan daya pikir peserta didik. Abstract

Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) is the traditional Islamic educational institution. Kiai as the leader of pesantren has an authority in managing, choosing the education system, curriculum (manhaj) that will be used, and also kinds of text books that will be used in teaching and learning process.  Generally, Kiai uses Kitab Kuning (KK, yellow books) also called classical Islamic books, as the material of teaching-learning in pesantren. This paper aims at examining teaching-learning of KK in pesantren. The research method of the study is qualitative . The results of the reseach are that 1) there are levels of learning material KK in line with cognitive development, 2) the pesantren applied the prerequisite knowledge, 3) the pesantren applied the methods of teaching learning, 4) the pesantren applied the tutorial of KK teaching learning.
